Neighborhood Overview: Barra de Guaratiba is a very pleasant place, a quiet neighborhood outside the high season and that has many natural attractions like: the telegraph stone, five virgin beaches that only give access by trails or boat, a fantastic mangrove and several places where they are rented Boards stand up for a walk through the canal. Very well known for the seafood restaurants and beaches near Prainha and Grumari, which are good for surfing. Distant 52km from downtown and 43km from Copacabana beach.

Notes: The house is located on a steep street, this street is parallel with the Roberto Burle Marx road, which is the main one.

Transit: The house is close to the local trade and the final point of bus 867 that integrates with the BRT. It has a parking space for those who come by car.

Access: Guests will have access to the entire house.
