  Comments: El duplex es excelente, y muy limpio y ordenado. En un barrio privilegiado entre la Lagoa y la Playa. Además nos sentimos muy cómodos con la ayuda de Felipe, quien nos aconsejó todo el tiempo sobre las actividades y pormenores de la ciudad, un gran anfitrión. Volveré a ese lugar de todas maneras.

  Comments: My family and I spend four great nights at Felipe's place. What's best about this apartment: the view and the perfect location in the heart of Ipanema, close to Lagoa, the beach and lots of good restaurants and stores. Felipe was also very nice to us, providing us with the essential information about the apartment and the neighborhood.

  Comments: La casa es realmente preciosa, muy acogedora, muy bien equipada. Nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es la más linda de ipanema y pudimos ir todos los días a la playa que está a apenas unas cuadras. Es muy tranquilo y silencioso pese a estar a metros de la zona más movida de ipanema. La recomendamos sin dudarlo.

  Comments: El departamento es excelente. Ubicación: excelente! 4 cuadras de la playa (posto 9), en una de las mejores zonas de Rio, restaurantes, bares, cerca de un montón de medios de transportes (entre ellas el metro), segura. Departamento: cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, mas el comedor y lo mejor, una terraza amplia con vista al cristo. Esta bien decorado y bien equipado (con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, hasta una cafetera nespresso!). Se nota que es nuevo. Eso si, los ambientes no son grandes, pero para nosotros eso no es un problema. Host: Felipe se portó muy bien con nosotros, fue flexible con nuestro horario de ingreso y salida. Nos dio todas las recomendaciones necesarias y nos dejó su teléfono para que lo consultemos por cualquier cosa. Seguramente si vuelva a Rio trate de volver a este departamento.

  Comments: I really enjoyed my stay at Felipe’s place. The apartment is really cool, like a house on top of the building. Really nice terrace and amazing view. Felipe was really reactive to facilitate our stay.

  Comments: Fantastic place! Nicely decorated, all necessary amenities and some extras like coffee-machine (Nespresso), BBQ grill, perfect working silent A/C in the living room, marvelous powerful showers. Only thing missing that is always a bonus is a dishwasher which I believe would be impossible to fit due to the compact size of the Kitchen. Location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars at short walking distance. However, the building is next to a school which understandably was a little loud at times but nothing to be concerned about or to be of any impact to diminish the quality of the apartment. Host is easy to talk to, friendly and made sure to reply all our questions (even the ones before the stay) promptly and very polite. I would not ONLY stay there again but am ACTUALLY looking forward to the next opportunity!
