My dear house has an individual 120 m2 of garden with full of trees and green habitat, and my plants! You have to taste beautiful black mulberries. (If you're right time for season-june july) There is a wooden table with 4 chairs on garden where you can smell fresh air while tasting our traditional Turkish tea to relax.

Neighborhood Overview: Moda is very old place actually, but in last years very popular place. Many local people live here, when you come in here you ll see the many old people, cats and hipsters. So we live peaceful here. Hope you love (:

Notes: There is only 1 thing for me. No party here, and no loud music. This is very important for me. Flat is extremely hot (center heater), but there is no hot water on kitchen tap. Super fast internet we have (85mbit) And i use half 1/2 fabric softener. If you have any allergic reaction. please let me know before your stay.

Transit: Flat is center of center, so you have tram, metrobus, minibus, ferry and etc. Metrobus is 14 min to walk. Minibus 45 seconds to walk. Tram stop 30 sec. to walk. Ferry is 13 min to walk.
