The living room has a great HD TV with a few free channels and Netflix, perfect if you want to relax after a day outside. A crib can be provided for the stay if requested upon booking the apartment.

Neighborhood Overview: The neighbourhood is incredible. You will be close to everything : the Old Montreal which is the historic neighbourhood of the city, the Quartier des Spectacles where you can see all the festival during the summer, the Plateau which is Montreal trendiest area, the Botanical garden, the Mount-Royal Park, and many restaurants, bars and clubs.

Notes: PARKING If you think you will use your car while in Montreal, you can still park it on the commercial streets during the following hours (max 3 hours each time, 3$ per hour): Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm Saturday 9am to 6pm Sunday 1pm to 6pm You can also find free street parking (not a lot though) in the residential streets (I will send you the info once the place is booked). CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT When there is someone before or after you : Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 11pm. Please contact me if you want to have an early checkin, or late checkout (I can't guarantee it, except if I say it's okay).

Transit: A few steps from the condo, you will find the Papineau metro station, which will make your rides way easier : you will be minutes from everything. There are also a lot of bus, but the metro or a walk should be enough.

Access: You will have full access of the apartment, as no one will be there except you and your group.

House Rules: NO PARTIES ALLOWED - You are responsible of any disturbance coming from the unit during your stay. - A 500$ fine per night for any party or disturbance reported by neighbours. - Please act as you are at your own place and do govern yourself accordingly. - If you use the kitchen please do not leave any dirty dishes or glasses when you leave. A dishwasher is provided. - There is no smoking in the apartment, you can smoke outside, If the smoke detector turns positive after your departure a smoking penalty will be charged of 150$ on your security deposit. - Late check out penalty Fee is 50$ (without notice). Please advise me if you want to enjoy late checkout. In the event where it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00am checkout since cleaning crew must prep the place for the next guests.
