Also easy access from the International Airport, with special shuttle drop off two doors down from the apartment building (Premium auto bus that goes to the major hotels). The apartment is also 12 mins away from the Santos Dumont airport and downtown Rio. There is also a taxi stop two doors down from the building. The palace also hosts a movie theatre, theatre, exhibition hall, and restaurant. Alongside the beach (6 mins walk), there are jogging trails, soccer, tennis and volleyball courts at your disposal. The apartment is also within walking distance from many restaurants, other theatres, banks, pharmacy, groceries and nightlife.

Notes: We are also 10 mins away from one of Rio's hottest spots, the artsy and trendy Santa Teresa neighborhood, where you can spend the day viewing exhibitions from local artists, in museums, restaurants, and also experience one of the best night scenes in Rio.

House Rules: Absolutely no smoking is allowed. You are also required to observe the condo's standard guidelines in the common areas, such as night time noises and etc...
