Space: A characteristic house, built in a quiet green area with lighted area. It's at a walking distance from the public transport (with the bus and metro you will be in the city center in 45 / 60 minutes). The entrance is at the ground floor. You enter in the open and light kitchen where you can cook and eat. You can use all kitchen utenils for cooking, as long as you leave as you find. Electrical oven, microwave and fridge are also available. Next to the kitchen there is the cozy living room with a nice couch where you can sit and relax. The garden has accessible view from the living room where you can enjoy the weather. There is a relaxing aquarium, please do not disturb animals. 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed that can be used by the guests. Next to the bedrooms you have the bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, washer and hairdryer. There is a little storage and it is not allowed for the guests.

You can smoke on the garden side door. - No parties, this is Turkey there are rules about making noise after 11 PM it is strictly forbidden to make noise or play loud music after 11 PM. - Please respect our neighbors around the house do not bother them.  - Always make sure the garden door and the front door is locked when you go to sleep or leave the house.  - Losing the keys will cost you 50 euros because we have to change the lock and buy new keys - When the trash can is full, please do not put it on the streets. There is collection time 8am and 5 pm, you can put in front of the door. - Please do not wear the shoes inside the house, and leave the place like your home. - No extra people allowed / invited / sleeping then what is agreed on. - Unbooked/unregistered guests on the property are grounds for immediate  cancellation for trespassing.
