Neighborhood Overview: Rushcutter Bay is neighbour to one of Australia's most famous suburbs Kings Cross which is known worldwide. It has a great mix of travellers and locals and the suburb is very eclectic with a wide variety of people from all walks of life. If you like to stay where the action is stay at our place. Walking distance to the city and a great selection of restaurants/bars and nightclubs you have everything you need right at your doorstep.

Notes:

Transit: The apartment is located right near Kings Cross station. One stop to the City and two stops to Bondi Junction. You can also easily walk in the City Centre in around 20 minutes. And if you feel lazy, especially at night, an Uber is always a good and cost effective way to get home quickly.

Access: You will have access to the whole studio. It comes with a spacious and fully set up kitchen, so you have it all from dishwasher to stove and microwave and everything else to whip up a meal if that is your thing. You will sleep on a brand new bed and all other amenities are set up so you can have a very comfortable stay with 2 people. The bathroom has a shower and also houses the internal laundry with washing machine and dyer. The house is stacked with all essentials for your convenience. There is also a small balcony on which it is nice to relax.

Interaction: We usually leave you to enjoy your stay and give you privacy. However if you require help with anything we are always just a phone call away.

House Rules: - TERMS and CONDITIONS: Please read the following before booking our house. We have a beautiful home we like to share with you and we have to make sure the house and our neighbours are happy with you there. With large houses like this there are just a few extra rules we want you to be aware so we all have the best possible interaction with one another. 1. We have a strict no events policy at this house. We can NOT accommodate any type of event. No parties, no hens/bucks weekends or functions. 2. Noise complaints. Most neighbours live here permanently and so they do have the right to expect it to be quite during the hours of 10pm-8am. Any complaints from neighbours may result in immediate termination of rental and loss of all remaining monies paid including bond. 3. Any breach of house rules in general can result in eviction and loss of bond. House rules are a. No extra people on premises. If booked for 5 people 5 people can stay even if the property accommodates more guests. b.
