Guests will have access to the entire apartment, minus the closets and dressers. There will be 1 dresser for guests to use. Linens, towels and kitchenware are all available. I would be available once, at the beginning of the guest’s stay, and then again at the end of their stay (most likely in person). Neighborhood Overview: The location is awesome; the apartment is located in the heart of the Upper West Side. It's steps from Central Park and Riverside Drive's greenway belt. Ideal for someone that loves the outdoors, running, and cycling. Convenience is a huge factor. There are many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, liquor stores, and shops in the area. Walking distance to the Museum of Natural History. Easy access to the Upper East Side and Museum Mile. Subways and buses abound.

Transit: There are many subway and bus options within 5 minutes of the apartment. There's the 1, 2, 3, C, and B lines. There are also many buses, including the crosstown M96 that takes you to the upper east side within 5 minutes where most museums are located. From there, you may also connect to the 4, 5, or 6.

Access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment, minus the closets and dressers. There will be 1 dresser for guests to use. Linens, towels and kitchenware are all available.

Interaction: I would be available once, at the beginning of the guest’s stay, and then again at the end of their stay (most likely in person). I would be available by phone should they need anything for the duration of their stay.

House Rules: Absolutely no smoking allowed on the premises. My expectation is that all the areas that are off-limits to guests, such as the closets and the dressers are treated respectfully. Additionally, the apartment has new furniture and I expect that guests are mindful in taking care of the premises to avoid damages.
