Neighborhood Overview: One of the best neighborhoods of the city, full of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and much more. Very multicultural neighborhood, where mostly everyone speaks English and French (possibly a third language). Downtown is a 10 minute bus ride, and a 10 minute walk down the street you arrive at the Mont-Royal park, beautiful to take walks and explore the mountain ( no matter what the season is).

Notes:

Transit: Bus stop right on the street corner below the apartment. The 80 bus passes every 10 minutes and takes you directly to the green line metro (Place des Arts) or blue line metro (Parc Metro). Taxi stand also right beneath the apartment building, and the city is full of UBER drivers. Everything you need is walking distance from my apartment. Parking on my street (Park Avenue) is a PAID parking only. You may find free street parking on streets around my area, but must be VERY careful that there is no RESERVED sign.

Access: The guests have access to everything that is in the apartment. That includes; kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom/shower, living room, dining room and a private bedroom.
