Space: Hotels on the same block charge over $400 per night for a 400 sq ft studio. My condo is a 1 bedroom over 800 sq ft and a 100 sq ft balcony that overlooks the beach. It is newly remodeled and has all of the amenities including full kitchen, washer/dryer, and beach equipment.

Notes: The condo is located on Kalakaua Ave. This is the world famous Waikiki strip. There are dozens of shopping malls and high-end stores within walking distance. From casual beach snacks to Michelin rated restaurants, the Waikiki strip features all types of restaurants.

Transit: There is a public bus stop one block away. There are also a plethora of private tourist buses that drive up and down Kalakaua Ave. The best way to get around is to use the Biki Bike system. These bikes are rented by the minute and are available in automated stalls that are within blocks of the condo.
