Neighborhood Overview: The Sands of Kahana does have a great beach out front for swimming and other water activities. There is also a great restaurant on site as well as a few within walking distance such as Miso Phat Sushi and Maui Brewing Company.

Notes:

Transit: We recommend renting a vehicle while on Maui as there are so many amazing things to see on this island and having a car makes it easy! Parking is included in your fees; the front desk will issue you a parking pass. This property does not have assigned parking but there should be plenty of stalls available. If you do not wish to rent a car, public transportation is nearby.

Access: The Sands of Kahana has a 24-hour front desk, please check in with them and they will issue you a key for the condo! All property facilities (pools, bbq’s, gym’s, tennis courts, beach volley ball) are available for your use. Beach towels are provided in the condo!

Interaction: The Sullivan Properties office is located in Kahana in the business building across from the gas station and McDonald’s. We are open 7 days a week and have an emergency line for after hours if needed!
