Space: This spot is great for exploring the city. It is located relatively close to everything! It is reliable, comfortable and most essentials are provided for your stay. Coffee will be freshly grinded before your arrival (I also have tea) ! Outremont is one of my favourite place in Montreal. You will love the peaceful vibe of this cozy neighbourhood. It is surrounded by beautiful trees, 19th century architecture and very little traffic. The location is perfect for people who want the tranquility of a quiet street but still be a walk away from an afternoon coffee or a nice lunch / diner. It is located one street away from the famous Bernard street, where you will find a bunch of restaurants, terraces, bars, theatre, parks, etc. On the other side, you are 10 minutes away (walk) from the St-Viateur bagels, Olympico coffee shop and all the trendy mile-end restaurants, bars and boutiques. Shops nearby (not the exhaustive list): To go grocery shopping: PA SUPERMARKET but there is 5 SAISONS 30
