  Comments: Дружелюбный и вежливый владелец Jordi рассказал про апартаменты и район рядом. Расположение очень удобное - рядом метро и вокзал. Добираться из аэропорта быстро. В центр можно добраться на метро. Рядом много разных кафе и магазинов. Квартира небольшая, но для одного человека вполне достаточно. Есть все необходимое - миникухня, стиральная машина, хороший интернет, полотенца. Также есть просторная терраса, с которой открывается отличный вид. Великолепное предложение по соотношению цена/качество.

  Comments: Jordi è un proprietario di casa molto gentile, educato e disponibile ( mi ha anche prestato l'asciugacapelli per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno ahahaha). Il mini appartamento e' posto all'ultimo piano di un palazzo storico, si giunge tramite ascensore; è dotato di tutto ciò che occorre, essenziale e pulito. E' possibile accedere ad una terrazza condominiale panoramica e dominante con una vista mozzafiato su buona parte di Barcellona. Si vede anche il palazzo Reale! La zona è molto carina e curata, viva, popolare e abitata da gente locale, ricca di caffè, ristoranti, negozi di ogni tipo e servizi. Molto ben collegata con il centro tramite metro la cui fermata dista 2 minuti a piedi, e all'aeroporto tramite la vicina stazione dei treni (website hidden) mi sono trovato benissimo. Da raccomandare assolutamente. Grazie di tutto Jordi, spero a presto! Un saluto. :)

  Comments: As a single traveler Jordis place was just right - nice and tidy place, and very close to the main train station and metro. The place is in a bustling working class neighborhood and has a great marketplace nearby. jordi stays in the apt right across from this apt which made it convenient in case you need to ask him for anything and he was very responsive and willing to help but also made it feel not totally private. The kitchenette was fairly bare but I got by cooking just fine. The bed could be more comfortable but that can be fixed easily with a mattress pad. Apt also ran warm when I was there in August but the fan certainly helped!

  Comments: Jordi's apartment is perfect for a single traveler looking to see Barcelona. It is a quiet and well-connected area, and has a great market and a fresh fruit + veggie place very close by. The apartment is small, but the perfect size for one person to live in comfortably. It is clean, has an elevator, has a terrace just outside your door, and having Jordi live just across from you makes communication easy in case you have any questions. Thank you Jordi for the great stay!

  Comments: Such a convenient location and although the apartment is small, it is cleverly fitted out! I was very pleased there was a lift also (as my luggage was heavy). Met Jordi on arrival and even enjoyed some good conversations with him during my time there. He was always very willing to help if I needed information.

  Comments: I miss my Perfect Petite Penthouse! A wonderful bright, and clean apartment. Yes, it's a small space, and only big enough for one (perfect for one!) but there's actually more than enough room because Jordi has designed it so well that not an inch has gone to waste. There is also loads of storage space. You will have everything you need there. Plenty of hot water, super fast wifi (that even works out on the terrace), fridge, microwave, cooking hobs, and washing machine. There are pull-out tables too which I found really useful. It's on the top floor (with a lift - yay!) and it's really quiet. One of my favourite features was the really large terrace. It was a sun trap during the day and with a lovely breeze in the evening. And there are great views too - over the rooftops and into the city and the mountain range. Jordi lives across the hall so it was handy to have him nearby. Jordi is a wonderful host. I had cold drinks waiting for me when I arrived & Jordi gave me a great introduction to the city and things to do & helped get me orientated. He is more than happy to share his knowledge and he is really helpful and friendly and a fab neighbour too! Great location with the bus and metro right at the end of the street. Lots of little local shops right on the same street with a fabulous food hall (hot food, meat, fish, fruit, veg) a few minutes walk away & next to a big supermarket. Plus there are lots of other shops nearby too! I walked into the city and it took me about 50 minutes to La Ramblas so if you fancy a stroll, it's walkable to the city. It's a great location in a residential neighbourhood and I felt very safe on the streets day and night. Less is certainly more when it comes to this penthouse and I am so glad I made this choice & recommend you do too! Jordi - thanks again for everything & I hope to be back again soon :)

  Comments: Jordi emailed me detailed directions on how to get to the apartment so I arrived without any problems. Jordi's apartment is across the hall which was good . He showed me everything in the apartment which had everything that I needed. The apartment is near a metro stop and a long distance train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Jordi was very helpful in answering my questions about where I could get things in the neighbourhood and about the culture. He had made a map showing where some shops, restaurants and parks were. I enjoyed our chats very much. If I am ever in Barcelona again I would stay at Jordi's.

  Comments: I just spent a week in Jordi's small but cute and very comfortable apartment. It is everything you need, if you can do with a small space. It is light, clean and very lovely. It has everything you need, whether you want to dine in or eat out. The terrace and the view is spectacular. The area is amazing with so many shops. food market, bars, cafés. Very lively. The metro station close by is convenient for travelling longer distances, but you can also walk to many attractions if you want to. Plazza Espana is 15 mins away by foot. Jordi is everything you can wish for as a host: Friendly, helpful, precise and wants to help you in any way he can. I felt very comfortable in Jordi's apartment and would recommend it for anyone travelling by themselves.

  Comments: Jordi is a super welcoming host and has very good knowledge of Barcelona which he is willing share. The apartment design is superior, every possible detail is thought of and provided. The surface area is as it appears in the photos, but this is totally surpassed by the comfort the layout provides. A roof balcony also offers great views of Barcelona. Highly recommended!

Jordi's apartment is perfect for a single traveler. The apartment is small but it is fine for one person to live in comfortably since you have everything you need inside (shower, washing machine, micro wave, fridge, fan, TV...). You even have access to a nice terrace. The flat is also closed to lots of shops and restaurants as well as a metro station which is very convenient. Thanks Jordi!

  Comments: Jordi’s place is amazing, very clean, bright and very well equipped. There is everything you need (as you can see on the pictures). I was surprised how much room there is to storage. The apartment itself is comfortable and the location, too. There are two fresh markets in 5-10 minutes walking distance and at least 4 supermarkets, lots of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops near with affordable prices. The nearest metro station takes 2-3 minutes on foot (very easy to get to anywhere), the train station with direct access to the airport just a few minutes more. Jordi was a dream host, extremely nice and helpful without being pushy. He had placed a big bottle of water into the fridge to be cold by the time I arrived, he gave me maps, gave me advices and he was flexible with my check out time. Unbelievable, how much attention he had put on every little details to make it comfortable for the guest. He is intelligent with a good sense of humour, a kind of person very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

  Comments: This place was perfect- great location, great host and the roof terrace was the cherry on the cake. The subway was on the corner. It was a 10 minute walk to the airport train. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. This is the perfect place for a single traveler. Jodi supplied me with information and maps on Barcelano. I would definitely stay at Jordis place again.

  Comments: Le studio est parfaitement décrit dans le description, il est très fonctionnelle pour sa taille. Il est situé près du métro et à côté de nombreux petits commerces. La terrasse est vraiment top! La clim fais du bien. Jordi est très gentil et connais bien barcelone. La communication c'est bien passé. C'est sympa de discuter avec lui.

  Comments: Jordi a été un excellent hôte, du début à la fin. J'ai reçu une réponse très rapide à ma demande de réservation et dans les quelques échanges qui ont suivis. Il était très disponible si j'avais des questions et m'avait même proposé son aide pour préparer mon séjour à Barcelone. Malgré que je sois arrivée un peu plus tard que prévue, il m'attendait et m'a très bien accueilli. Il m'a fait visiter les lieux qui étaient parfaitement bien décrits sur sa page Airbnb. Il m'a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de tout l'équipement (laveuse, air climatisé, électricité, Internet, etc.) en plus de me laisser quelques fiches avec les détails. Il y avait également à ma disposition une carte de la ville qu'il m'a bien présentée et des dépliants sur de nombreux attraits à visiter. Jordi était également disponible tout le long de mon séjour et était plus que sympathique ! Je recommande son appartement sans hésiter.

  Comments: Jordi was the perfect host! The apartment was exactly as described and photographed, and it was perfect for my needs. Jordi was very attentive to ensuring that I was comfortable, and was very responsive to the small number of questions I had during my four-week stay. He was entirely 100-percent professional about managing the rental, while always being very sweet and friendly too! The apartment was surprisingly quiet overall, given its location in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood ... being in this little top-floor perch gave me a nice sense of being able to get away from the energy of Barcelona when I wanted to, then being able to step out my front door and enjoy all the great things that the city has to offer. The neighborhood suited me well - very convenient to public transportation, making local excursions very quick and easy, while also NOT being a tourist-oriented neighborhood, which I enjoyed. Navigating daily life in the neighborhood was surprisingly fun and easy, given my quite limited Spanish, because folks at so many of the local shops and restaurants were so welcoming and friendly. Staying at Jordi's apartment was a great experience overall, and I look forward to seeing Jordi again the next time I am in Barcelona.

  Comments: I stayed at Jordi's studio for a week, which was a lovely experience. Just as described on the webpage, the studio is extremely clean, fully-equipped with everything (washing machine, refridgerator, air conditioner, TV, kitchen with kitchenware, etc) that I was feeling at home. It is not a big room but more than enough for a person, and there are plenty of storage space and I liked the way Jordi arranges the furnitures and everything. There is a big terrance outside where you can enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful city view. On New Year Eve, I enjoyed the fireworks of the catalunya art museum right from my window, very cool! The studio is located in a very convenient area, and near to both the sants metro station (5 min walk) and train station (10 min walk). Direct metro links to catalunya square, la Rumbla street and Sagrada Familia. Many shops and restaurants around. Jordi is a very nice guy and willing to help . The information he left in the studio is very helpful. With the stay in his studio, I love Barcelona more and wish to come back!

  Comments: I highly recommend Jordi's flat to solo travelers. I stayed there for 7 weeks. The flat is clean and well-organized(lots of spaces for putting stuffs). The location was perfect to me. It is close to center, sants train station but not that touristic. Local cafes and bars in Sants are cheap and nice. Neighbors are very nice too. Jordi is a perfect host. He's very precise and considerate, and knows very well about Barcelona. He helped me a lot and made my stay more comfortable. Thank you Jordi :-)

  Comments: This is the perfect space for a single traveller. Everything is self contained and Jordi has thought of absolutely everything! It's also really convenient for travel. Barcelona Sants, the main station is only a short walk away to get to other parts of the country and even internationally with ease. Also the metro is very close and it's a nice area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Jordi is also a really nice host and he speaks English really well which was very helpful sometimes. I would highly recommend this space to anyone!

  Comments: I really enjoyed my time in Jordi's studio-apartment. Allthough it's a small place, the smart furnishings made it perfect and it has everything you need. The location is very good with fresh markets, restaurants, bars and supermarkets all within a short walking distance. The metro station down the street can take you to the city center in 10-15 minutes. Jordi is friendly and very helpful, I would absolutely recomend his studio.
