  Comments: Absolutely lovely flat, had a wonderful time here. Went as a couple but spacious flat and would easily accommodate four. Comfy beds, great showers, lovely little balcony we had breakfast on every morning. Our greeter Ali was friendly and helpful, giving us tips about current things going on in Barcelona. Cannot recommend this place enough.

  Comments: Juame made us feel right at home! This was the perfect house to stay in Barcelona. Just minutes away from la rambla, the beach, and everything else! The house was very clean, great air conditioning, and everything was in place. I will definitely stay here again!

  Comments: My girlfriend and I stayed in this flat for two weeks. We really loved it. The flat was immaculate and perfectly represented by the photos. The living area was spacious and cozy. The flat was on the first floor which made it an easy climb on the stairs, however a lift is also available for those who need it. Our hosts at BizFlats were very helpful and friendly. We had a small issue that they resolved in a timely fashion. If you'd like to cook the kitchen is amply equipped. The neighborhood is a nice residential area a short walk from the major tourist attractions. We hope to stay there again next time we visit.

  Comments: This is hands down one of the best AirBnB's I have ever stayed in! It's clean, comfortable, equipped with all modern appliances, central AC, and very well-decorated. Jaume and his team are super-friendly and were always available to help with questions we had. Alí, who met me at the apt initially, was so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this apt, and cannot say enough great things about it.

  Comments: The best Airbnb so far. This place is located in quite residential area yet within walking distance to everywhere. It was a perfect location as this was exactly what we're looking for; staying away from too touristy areas but short walk to all the attractions whenever needed. Also huge supermarket and many local restaurants around every corner. Ali who greeted us gave us a mini session for local attractions and restaurant recommendation. We tried all the restaurants recommended by her and they were absolutely fantastic. The apartment itself looks like exactly as in the photos. Very clean and spacious. I my two of us (my husband and I) stayed there but definitely enough for 4 people. Kitchen is also very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Our 6 days in Barcelona could not be any more pleasant than this and felt like we actually live there. I would definitely come back to this place.

  Comments: Hola ! fui atendida por Alí que llegó en 10 minutos al departamento a recibirnos, fue muy amable y cordial, inclusive me pasó por mail info de lugares para visitar en Barcelona y sus alrededores. El departamento es muy lindo, super completo, impecable , limpio y muy cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del Metro . El barrio tambien muy lindo. La verdad que es para recomendar ! SALUDOS

  Comments: C'était ma première expérience AirBNB, et elle était parfaite : l'appartement est moderne, très agréable, propre, conforme à la description et aux photos postées sur le site. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours et n'avons rencontré aucun souci. Nous avons été accueillis par Ali, chaleureusement, avec quelques tips sur Barcelone et dans la zone autour du quartier, dont un excellent restaurant tapas à moins de 1O minutes à pied de l'appartement. L'appartement est à 25 min à pied environ des Ramblas, à 2 ou 3 stations de métro. Au final, il est très bien situé pour aller vers les principales attractions de Barcelone, généralement à 3-4 stations de métro. Bref, je conseillerai définitivement cet appartement pour qui va à Barcelone

  Comments: Alí was very nice and uncomplicated and getting the keys to the apartment was very efficient. We found the place was extraordinarily well cleaned. The apartment is very well located - lot's of local restaurants and bars nearby while close to the metro. Bus stop right in front of the door. I definitely recommend the apartment and would stay there again.

  Comments: Our flight arrived very late, but Ali still very enthusiastic to greet us,and give the key to us, as well explaining the urban attractions and the main layout of the surrounding residential layout. Inside the house refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and other facilities are very complete, very suitable for a family or a few friends travel to live.

  Comments: A great apartment equiped with all one needs while in holidays in great condition and also great taste. Located at one of my favorite areas in Barcelona close to transport, bars, restauranta, clubs, museums and close to the centre of Cataluña. I am truly invited to rented out again in my next visit and I highly recommended as the hosts have the exoerience and the willingness to help you have agreat time, all for a great value! Close to options for transit, supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants away from the tourist buzz but uick to get to everywhere. we loved the balcony, and its super quiet at night in bedrooms for amazing sleep. we will be back!

It is just steps away from many delightful attractions such as Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel and the Royal Palace and metro access. Jaume and Vanessa were very concerned about our comfort and we appreciated their efforts including allowing us to checkin early. The apartment was very modern, well equipt, and very clean.

We also greatly appreciated all of the host recommendations on places to eat! Ali was very welcoming when we arrived and we felt like we were in good hands when we arrived. They make you feel like it is your home while you are there.

  Comments: This was my first visit to Barcelona with my wife and son. We loved this apartment. It is away from all the hustle and bustle of tourists, close to metro, supermarket and cafes. It’s also clean and quiet. Jaume and his team were amazing. Even though we had family guide us in Barcelona, he sent out many emails to ensure we had everything we needed to know and suggestions on what to do. I would stay here again.

  Comments: A good apartment, clean, well laid out with good facilities, the road was a little noisy which prevented having the windows open with the tv on and a music source would have been welcome. Pleasant and welcoming, the locals and area was good with many local facilities (shops and cafe's). Possibly a little over priced for what it is. No major problems with our stay but wouldn't go back again.

  Comments: We really enjoyed Jaume's place. He was extremely responsive to my emails. He provided a high chair and pack-n-play for my baby as well. You also can get an Nespresso coffee machine for an extra 20 euros - definitely worth it! The location is a bit far from the main attractions, but the apartment is very nice, on the first floor (one flight or stairs or an elevator) and close to a supermarket and two blocks from an amazing park which was great for kids. It was relatively close to Plaza espana and the Sanz train station. There was also a washing machine and dishwasher. We highly recommend this place.

  Comments: This flat is located in an ideal location: very safe, tons of cafes and restaurants just 1/2 block away. Gym just a few blocks away. The place was very, very clean. The AC worked very well. We never worried about theft to our unit (there's a deadbolt lock besides the regular lock). There was a little noise from the halls and above, but nothing out the normal from any flat one would find. Our only frustration was the limited linen (only one towel for the other two guests I was travling with). There was a combined W/D, but the instructions were incredibly difficult and the guide left in the booklet to our flat was not every close to helpful. I ended up having to take laundry out to a laundry service which was not open most of the day. The host was also poor at responding to texts about concerns and questions via the (Hidden by Airbnb) (which they insisted we use). Overall, a wonderful flat and experience though.

Almost felt like staying in a hotel- sparkling clean, plenty of towels and linens, huge amount of space, perfect AC unit, very comfortable bed, nice shower with great water pressure.   Comments: The check in was timely and we were booked for 4 nights. The host's associate met us at the apartment and gave us a tour of the place. She showed us to just pull the front door closed behind us when we leave the apartment, no need to insert the key. On our second day at the apartment, we came back at 9:30pm to find out that a burglar had robbed us. All the doors and windows were closed and no sign of forced entry. I called Barcelona police and the host right away. The host showed up conveniently after the police had already left and was not empathetic to our situation and directed us to speak with our home/traveler's insurance. The host told us that we should have double locked the door when we left the apartment, which we knew nothing about. As I did not feel safe continuing our stay at the apartment I found one room at a close by hotel to accommodate 3 adults for 3 nights. We handed the keys to the host and left. I requested a refund from the host for the 3 nights we did not stay at the apartment due to safety concerns, but the host has declined to refund me. To say the least, it was a terrifying experience which ruined the rest of our stay in Barcelona. I have contacted Airbnb for assistance, and I'm waiting for their reply.

  Comments: The apartment was absolutely beautiful! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the high ceilings and the decor. It was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was great and the bathrooms and kitchen looked recently updated. There is an elevator. Anna greeted us and gave us all the information we needed. They also left a booklet with complete instructions for the appliances and info about the area. I would highly recommend this apartment.

  Comments: We had a lovely stay in Barcelona in this appartement. It is very well located, nearby everything. The appartement is very clean and it has everything that you need. Nearby is a metro station, so you can reach everywhere super fast. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet, you can find e supermarket next door. All in all we had a absolutely great stay in Barcelona and we would come back anytime! We recommend this appartement warmly. Thank you Jaume and Anna, it was perfect!

  Comments: We had a great stay at this apartment for our Christmas vacation - convenient location, easy check-in, well equipped and we found it to be as described. The major complaint that we had was that we had difficulty getting good sleep - you can hear everything through the walls! Bring a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper. In addition, the bedroom windows face out into a strange interior hallway that is open to the entire building so every time a neighbor turns a light on or off the light shines directly into the bedrooms. Unfortunately, one of the neighbors was up all night during our stay turning lights on and off. Black out shades or curtains would really improve this situation.
