Comments: This was my first airbnb experience, and Nattie has set a very high standard. She communicated often, anticipated most of my questions, promptly answered the few questions that arose during my stay, and made me and my family feel completely welcome in her charming apartment. We had a delightful time and Nattie was the perfect host.

Comments: Lovely well presented apartment in a good location. Nice places to brunch nearby. Apartment was quite warm and the aircon was noisy but other than that a pleasant stay. Nattie was helpful, a couple of queries over check in but they were cleared up promptly.

Comments: This apartment is in a good location, easy for Greenwich Village, Meat Packing District, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The studio apartment itself is clean, tidy, modern, although we didn't use the kitchen it appears to have everything you could need for any food preparation. We were disappointed with the lack of communication with our host, but not sure where the blame lay, with Airbnb or host. We had no instructions as to how anything in the apartment worked, no designated cupboard space and so lived out of our suitcases, and were unable to use wifi, which is desperately useful if searching for restaurants etc. There was no hairdryer and having travelled from the UK it was not something I had packed. This was our first time using airbnb and so we had no idea what to expect, on arriving in the apartment our initial reaction was - oh lovely - but there were a few niggles which because our visit was short were not worth worrying about. Should we use airbnb in future I would be more questioning and more alert as to our requirements, small things enabling us to leave our destination thinking "that was a great holiday".

Comments: Nattie's flat was in a great location. Once we'd found out which flat in the building everything went smoothly from then on. The flat was spacious, clean and somehow quiet at night, even though the area was busy. All the popular restaurants and bars we wanted to visit were within 10 minutes walk and the subway (14th street) was right outside the door. Nattie was always available and checked we were ok regularly.

Comments: I stayed with my family (my wife and my teenage son) for 5 days in this apartment. We have never met our host, but the keys handover has been managed very efficiently. The location is perfect, very near Union Square. The apartment is nice and well furnished, exactly as represented and described. We’d strongly recommend this location for a staying in NY.

Comments: Nattie was a great host. She left us cookies and a six pack of Brooklyn beer which was very kind. She was flexible with our check-in and check-out time and responsive to questions we had during our stay. Her apartment was lovely. Very spacious. Close the everything. And fully stocked with whatever you need. As someone who had lived in NYC before I would highly recommend her home as a place to stay while visiting the city.

Comments: My friends and I stayed at Nattie's apartment for 4 days during our stay in NYC. She was very easy to get in touch with during and before our trip. Nattie was also helpful with providing amenities that we have requested. The apartment looks as good as it does in the photos and is in a great location! Close to the subway station (right across the street) and within walking distance to Union Square. Noises were also pretty minimal. The door was hard to open but we finally got the hang of it halfway through our stay. I would definitely recommend Nattie's apartment to anyone travelling to NYC and would stay there again if I have the chance.

Comments: The apartment was in an excellent location, perfect for our stay in New York, Central to lots of bars and food places but also easy to walk to Chelsea, Greenwich, midtown and close to transport. Very nicely decorated, nice space to relax in. The shared rooftop was fairly basic with a few benches but cool views and any outside space in new york is a real plus point. Would recommend to others. (Host was responsive throughout).

Comments: Perfect location within easy walking distance to the Highline, Chelsea Market, Breads Bakery, Chisholm Gallery, and an interesting dessert at The Maritime Hotel. Nattie made herself available to answer all of our questions by text and made sure to accommodate our schedule. Her place was nice to come back to after a busy day. Plenty of space for two people, and fine for an extra person. Much bigger than most hotel rooms in NYC of comparable value.
