Neighborhood Overview: The appartement sits on the northern flank of Mount Royal in a quiet residential part of the city. All amenities are within 5 minutes walk from the location (grocery store, drugstore, convenience store, shopping mall). As far as sight seeing, you'll find yourself a short distance from the top of Mount Royal, a must see for all newcomers to the city, as well as the gorgeous Saint-Joseph oratory. Public transportation wise, the area is well served. All worthwhile areas of the city are reachable through short transits (15-25 minutes).

Notes:

Transit: Public transportation is one the big advantage of this location! Stm passes, which serve as fair for both the bus and the metro, can be bought at terminals situated within every metro stations as well as in some drug stores (notably the pharmaprix located one block away from the appartement) with advantageous rates for week ends, night passes and more. Guests can refer themselves to the metro map included above to get a sense of how to get around the city.
