  Comments: The apartment was easy to get to, we just hopped on the Aerobus at BCN (leaves every 10 mins) and arrived in the central square Placa de Catalunya, from there is was a simple/flat 5 block walk. Tomas works on-site and greeted us quickly. He showed us the place, quickly rectified some missing towels and pointed out some local markets and shops on a map in his welcome booklet. There was a small tourist tax to pay, which he collected and we signed the paperwork. The apartment was perfect for our needs (family of 4). The layout was great; 2 kids in the middle room and adult space (bed/dining/living) on the street side. The street is quite busy, and sleeping with open windows in the summer months could be an issue (but wasn't for us in Feb). The apartment was clean and bright with high ceilings. Bedding was comfortable, good showers/bath, etc. The kitchen was well appointed and covered most of our needs for breakfast and simple dinners. There was even a well-stocked mini-bar! The location is very central, between two metro stations and surrounded by bus lines - however, it is more of a residential neighbourhood instead of being in the heart of tourist locations, which some people may or may not appreciate. We had some minor disappointments in the lack of some basic provisions that we had to buy (such as a box of facial tissues, paper napkins, kitchen roll and washing machine detergent- for the price, we thought these could have been provided), but on the whole the experience was very good and we highly recommend the apartment to anyone interested in a home-like place in central Barcelona.

  Comments: This is a lovely apartment - I have stayed din many AirBNB apartments over the last few months and this ranks as one of the best. It's light, large, very spacious, nicely decorated, great location on quiet streets but with easy access to everywhere and the host is always very fast and accessible for anything you need. We will be staying here again.

  Comments: Très bel et grand appartement. Tout à fait conforme aux photos. Même mieux ! Et tres bien meublé et équipé. Mariana a été tres disponible pour nous accueillir malgré un décalage d'horaire. Le quartier est tres calme. Beaucoup de petits restos à tapas juste à côté et Meme une épicerie bio. A recommander absolument

  Comments: O apartamento é lindo como aparece nas fotos, super espaçoso e com os equipamentos basicos para a sua estadia. Esta muito bem localizado, consegue-se visitar varios pontos turisticos a pé. A regiao é super tranquila, mas a noite da um pouco de barulho na suite principal.

  Comments: We enjoyed staying at this apartment during your visit to Barcelona. It was centrally located near the Gothic area and was easy to walk to most places. The rooms are spacious and the ceilings are very high. Our best meal in Barcelona was around the corner at Casa Alfonso. We highly recommend that you go there and try the acorn fed jambon.

  Comments: Beautiful apartment, we loved it. It had everything we wanted: space and style, central location, many attractions and public transport at walking distance, a lovely café downstairs in the same house, friendly hosts. Ramón welcomed us on arrival, Mariana and Tomàs were there on the day of departure, and all three of them are charming and helpful. We would love to go back there!

  Comments: The pictures do not do this place justice! It’s a great apartment. Huge space, marble floors, tall ceilings, and French doors on every window facing the street. Mariana and Tomas were very responsive and accommodating when we checked in. They even ordered us a cab to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

  Comments: This was a wonderful apartment. The living area was even more spacious than the pictures could show. The large windows brought in so much light. It was bright and clean and very comfortable. A lovely place to hang out and relax after being out all day and before going to dinner. The location was great. Enough away from the big tourist sights to avoid crowds and noise and to feel very safe, yet close enough to walk everywhere. We easily walked to Plaza Catalunya and on to La Rambla and into the Gothic Quarter and all the way to the water. For dinner and for further places, a taxi ride was short and inexpensive, or you could take the metro. Mariana met us at check in, was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and, as she worked onsite, popped in to help us with a problem with the tv. She also arranged a taxi for our departure as we had to leave for the airport at 6:30 on a Saturday morning. As promised, the driver was waiting downstairs. We would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again next time we visit Barcelona.
