My parents live there and they are very friendly and communicative. They use to travel a lot around the world and they already know Aribnb. Neighborhood Overview: There are a lot of great restaurants and bars close to the apartment and also some discos. It's very close to the beach and conveniences in general. Barra da Tijuca beach is the one of the most beautiful beach in the city and it is not that crowded. You can do a lot of sports there like kitesurf, windsurf, surf, stand up paddle, volleyball and football. It has a very friendly neighborhood.

Notes:

Transit: It is close to the public transportation and you can go to the most tourist places. It has no parking for guests but you can park easily in front of the building and for free.

Access: Guests will have access to all common areas of the house, except for the other rooms.

Interaction: My parents live there and they are very friendly and communicative. They use to travel a lot around the world and they already know Aribnb. They stayed with me in a room from Airbnb and they know exactly how does it works.
