Neighborhood Overview: The laid-back Le Plateau area is known as a young, student-friendly neighborhood with streets full of charming townhouses. Avenue du Mont-Royal and Rue Saint-Denis are lined with casual cafes, laid-back eateries, busy bars, and contemporary galleries and theatres. Nearby, Mount Royal Park has popular trails, a lake and views from its namesake mountain. Lawns surround the ponds at tranquil Parc La Fontaine.

Notes: Neighbourhood: The condo is located in the upscale hip La Plateau borough. Where murals by local artisans adorn the buildings creating a unique vibe. The neighbourhood is 10 minutes from downtown Montreal and due to proximity to subway, public busses and BIXI bike stations getting around is easy.

Transit: Bus (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) all service our area. They all take you to the metro system. Closest metro station is Laurier on the Orange line.

Access: Guest have access to the entire condo and all 3 outdoor patios.

Interaction: I am available throughout your stay and will respond immediately to any concerns or needs you might have. I have an assistant that is available in person.
