Neighborhood Overview: We are in the area of Campo Alegre, Lordelo do Ouro neighborhood. Very close to the Botanical Gardens and the magnificent Crystal Palace! Few minutes from Douro River and the Seaside!!

Notes: We do not accept smokers or any kind of animal. Check in from 3pm, however we are flexible, just by arranging in advance. Check out until 12h, and also, if possible, we can relax. Even with garage included, it’s free to parking (between 19h and 09h) in public place close to the building, sometimes in front of it, and upon availability.

Transit: This area is vastly served by several bus lines, which give access to metro lines shortly thereafter. Besides the quiet traffic in the area and easy parking on the same street as the apartment. The parking it’s for one car, inside the building and covered.

Access: In addition to the common spaces of the apartment (living / dining room, kitchen and balcony), we also have two electrical ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine at your disposal. We have a wine list to sell too! The double bed in this suite is larger in height and size than the Portuguese standard and is very comfortable! The two beds at the second room, if joined, becomes a king size bed!

Interaction: We will always be available to help. We have some interesting tips about Porto and the nearby regions.

House Rules: Most suitable for couples, students or solo travelers who are quiet. Building in a highly residential and quiet location. Strictly noisy noises or loud sound, especially between 10pm and 8am.
