    Comments: We attended a conference at Windsor Barra Hotel and the apartment was perfect for this. Only 5 minutes walk to the conference location. Very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with shower).Very nice beach just 5 minutes walk away. I would recommend that location to my friends, if they ever visit Rio. Gus is really helpful and a perfect host. Thank you very much.

    Comments: Casa spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort come da foto e da informazioni sul sito. Presente il servizio di pulizie dal lunedì al venerdì e la WIFI gratuita (ottima!). Presente anche lavanderia, piscina, sauna e palestra all'interno del condominio. Un po' distante dal mare (in realtà in linea d'aria è vicinissimo ma c'è necessità di attraversare un canale) e Gus mette a disposizione le card per l'uso gratuito del battello per attraversare il canale e arrivare in spiaggia (dalle 7.00 alle 21.00 tutti i giorni). Gus e la sorella sono stati ospitali fin dal primo giorno, quando nonostante fossi arrivato molto presto con l'aereo, si sono fatti trovare pronti per consegnarmi le chiavi e mostrarmi la casa e i servizi. E' un posto che consiglierei, soprattutto per viaggi di lavoro essendo vicino a molti Business Centre, in una zona molto tranquilla di Rio, anche se un po' distante per chi è qui per turismo.

    Comments: I stayed in this apartment about 2 months. It is perfect and good located if you work in Barra. It is fully equipped and functional. 2 big rooms, wifi available and 2 bathroom. It is not distant from the beach and Gus provided to me a card to use the boat in front of the apartment to pass the canal. In the condo there are also swimming pool and sauna (I use it only one time), and laundry (useful and not expensive). The maid service is perfectly performed each day (holiday and weekend excluded). I will book this apartment if I will return in Rio for work. Thanks Gus!

    Comments: Casa spettacolare. Sarò ripetitivo ma per il prezzo e la posizione e i servizi offerti è veramente il meglio che si può volere. Ne ho provate altre di case a Rio ma tornando scelgo sempre questa. Tutto ottimo, posizione, servizi, efficienza della casa e dotazioni. Inoltre Gus ti tratta veramente al meglio. Positivo per chi lavora la lavanderia nel condominio e la pulizia girnaliera dell'appartamento. Grazie ancora una volta Gus per l'ospitalità

    Comments: We were very very happy with our stay at Gustavo's place! We had lots of room for 4 people. It's in a safe neighborhood and only take 5 minutes to walk to an incredible beach. The maid service was great too. It was like staying in our own private hotel! And, Gustavo is a great host! He made sure to reach out before our trip to make sure we had all of our questions answered. When we arrived, he personally met us at the place and showed us the important things - like how to get to the beach using the ferry, how to use the laundry, how to connect to the free wifi, and how to turn the TV to english speaking stations :) If you're looking for a place to stay in Rio, I highly recommend staying here. Pros: close to the beach, air conditioning, wifi, satellite tv, secure building in a safe neighborhood, 2 full bathrooms, & maid service

    Comments: The apartment is perfect. It has a lovely decoration (exactly as it is shown in the pictures) and has a perfect location in one of the nicest points of Barra (just a couple of blocks from the beach). Gustavo and is sister are excellent hosts.

    Comments: La apartamento es exactamente igual a la descripción. El apartamento es cómodo, con linda decoración, todas las comodidades y está muy bien ubicado. Gustavo y su hermana se preocupan por que la estadía sea perfecta.

    Comments: I stayed in this apartment for almost 3 months and had a great experience. The landlords were very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. The apartment is in one of the more upper-class neighborhoods, is located near many different shopping malls and restaurants, and is very safe. While it isn't centrally located near the main tourist attractions, a taxi is easy to get. If you don't feel like going far, Barra Beach is the longest beach in Rio and is only a 5 minute walk away. Overall a great apartment!

    Comments: This was a perfect place for 2 couples to stay during the Olympics. The neighbourhood seemed very safe and it was close to transport and the beach. Apartment just as described and pictured on the website. Gustavo was a great host . We arrived in the evening and didn't feel like going out in search of food. Gustavo had some wine and snacks there to welcome us. Would recommend ?

    Comments: We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Gustavo and Renata was very prompt, easy and helpful. The apartment was lovely, very clean, spacious (with 2 bathrooms) nicely decorated and with views of the mountains and sea. The place was ideal for us. We attended a conference at the Barra Windsor Hotel. With the boat-service for residents it took us just 5 minutes to get there. Renata and Gustavo have been the most attentive and caring hosts - there was juice and breakfast for us in the fridge and Cristina looked after the place fantastically. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again. Gabi
