Space: My apartment is modern, sunny and super clean. It's cosy and compact but still has a sense of space. The bedroom has a single bed and enough space for a single fold out mattress should you require. The 2nd person is HK$100 extra pr night.

Neighborhood Overview: My apartment is in the heart of the Wan Chai Market which gives you an insight to the local Chinese culture. It is 4 minutes from Wan Chai MTR and the bus stops for all major routes (including the bus to the airport). It is a 10-15 min walk to the HKConvention Centre and many tourist destinations are easily reached by public transportation. Locally there are many many! restaurants from Chinese to Asian to European. Wan Chai also is famous for its bars and nightlife. The Happy Valley racecourse is a 15 min walk away and there are temples and The Bowen Running trail also within a 10 min walk. Shopping at Times Square or Central is also very handy. The star ferry across Victoria harbour to Kowloon runs from the Wan Chai pier.

Notes:

Transit: Walking in the cooler months is excellent for really getting to experience the Wan Chai area. Buses tram and MTR are all 3 to 4 minutes away. Taxis are cheap and plentiful From airport - Airport Express (24 minutes to Central), then taxi or MTR to Wan Chai ext A3. Or bus A11. Alight at Southorn Stadium, wall East towards Johnston and Wan Chai Road, and turn right. Taxi to and from the airport will be the same time as the Airport Express, (plus taxi), but it will cost $300+. We are located minutes from the stops for buses and minibuses which can take you anywhere on Hong Island -Kowloon -New Territories. Don't forget to take a ride on the historic Hong Kong Tramway which is a 2 minute walk away! An OCTOPUS card can be purchased at any MTR station and can be used on all public transport as well as 7/11 convenience stores and supermarkets. The card costs $50 which is refunded when you return the card at the end of your trip. You then load the desired amount of money. It can be topped
