  Comments: Unfortunately, during my stay, the property suffered from an electrical failure resulting from water leaks emanating from the apartment upstairs. This sadly meant that a significant portion of my stay was interrupted by the facilities not being fully available and work contractors needing access to the property. In my view, this could have been managed a little more effectively with more proactive communication. Having said this, the property would ordinarily be very quiet, is centrally located, and is very modern and clean, as well as being well furnished. I've little doubt the next tenants will find it a pleasure to stay in as a result, as it is a really nice space.

A comunicação foi impecável e muito prestável! Não tenho qualquer crítica nem sequer sugestão de melhoria. Vou, definitivamente, repetir a experiência!

  Comments: The place is in a great location at a very affordable price. The second bed is a pullout in the living room. The porch is great but faces an ugly building so no view. We lost power in only our unit in the third day of our stay and we had to leave to find a hotel for the night. The host had all day to fix it and was unresponsive after 3:00 when we asked them why it wasn't fixed yet. We had reported it at 8am. Overall great place, but an inconvenience for us because we lost power and the host became un helpful and unresponsive.

  Comments: The appartement is perfect to discover Porto, very well furnished and sunny. We appreciate the availability of the staff during our late arrival because of our flight delay (Website hidden by Airbnb) We just put a damper on the heating system inside the room and living room, quiet loud and not optimal to sleep well.
