Neighborhood Overview: Kennedy Town (K-Town) is a newly gentrified suburb on the western side of Hong Kong Island - right along the sea, a calm escape and a foodies dream offering a diverse range of cuisines. A charming mix of old and new… Local on the harbour front; Kennedy Town provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent transport links across Hong Kong and less then 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. Easily accessible from the airport with the express train into Central and less then an 8 min taxi or MTR ride away.

Notes: Taxi rank on the corner of our street (10 metres away) Tram and bus stops are on the street behind the building MTR is a 5 minute walk - hop on the Island line and only 4 stops / 8 minutes into Central 10 minutes to the ferry terminal to explore many of the nearby islands or Macau. Feel like going for a hike or run? Start the hike up to Victoria Peak straight from our apartment or run/stroll along the pier for a secluded water front experience; a great place to watch the sunset.

House Rules: This is our home. We kindly ask that you treat our place with respect as you would your own: Please take off shoes in the apartment. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and respect the neighbours. No smoking inside the home please. Extra cleaning fees to remove odour and stains may be applied. Please wash your dishes after use and clean up after yourselves. This is our home so you may find food/consumables in the fridge or the cupboard – we would recommend that if you do feel so inclined to eat/drink you replace where necessary. Please do not rearrange our furniture - we like it how it is! No parties or events. Please (please) no illegal activity. Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also our home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things please!).
