Neighborhood Overview: The district is at the same time very quiet and close to everywhere. Down the flat, you ll find: - A supermarket (50m) - A wine shop and grocer (30m) - A bakery (30m)

Notes: I am not a professional rental agency ! You ll access a place where I live with all my stuff inside. All the ornaments and part of my belongings will remain but you ll have plenty of space to tidy up you things.

Transit: 2 Metro station at 3 /5 mn walking

Access: I live here part time. You ll have access the whole apartment included all my kitchen ressources. You could prepare your meal without bothering you buying the basics. Just replace what is empty.

Interaction: I won't be there but at the end of a telephone and we have a wonderful person nearby who will meet and greet the guests. I ll be available for any questions you could have during your stay. Arrivals are usually made between 4pm and 8pm or earlier if possible. If you plan to checkin after 8pm, please inform me before booking.

House Rules: Cet appartement est en parfait état et doit le rester. Si vous venez avec des enfants surveillez les bien! L immeuble est très calme et pour la tranquillité de tous (et la mienne !) ne les importunez pas en faisant trop de bruit. Merci également de ne pas fumer dans l'appartement ou vraiment à la fenêtre
