  Comments: Love, love and love. Stayed with my 4 year old daughter and my parents. Great location, Italian ice place right around the corner next to a great playground right in the beautiful prospect park. Great mix of the old charm Brooklyn with a touch of hipness. Great for family. Definitely will stay again next time.

  Comments: This was as "perfect" of an experience that I could think of. This was the first time I've booked an online vacation rental with AirBnB. This house was just as described and was perfect for our family with small children. The location was ideal. We were a half block from Prospect Park, local brooklyn pizza and italian ice, and a block from the subway. Their home was clean and inviting. I loved the back yard and felt very safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were outstanding from the very beginning. They called me and provided directions and feedback and followed up after check-in to see if I needed anything. I felt like I knew the hosts and had a comfort level with them. I would DEFINETELY stay here again when traveling to the Brooklyn/NYC area.

  Comments: We had such a great stay at Seryn's home! Her response time on every communication was immediate and helpful. We felt so welcomed in their family home. The house is in a beautiful walking neighborhood just down the street from Prospect Park and the F train into Manhattan it was the perfect location for myself the other mom and our 3 teen boys going in and out of the city. The house is so charming and comfortable, we all felt so at home! I hope to have the chance to stay there again my next time in NYC - thank you so much you guys!

  Comments: We had a great stay at Seryn's apartment. The place is very comfortable and beautifully furnished, and Seryn was very easy and accommodating to work with. Also, it's ideally situated in terms of multiple factors: nearby restaurants and shops, Prospect Park, and the subway. We would definitely rent it again.

Traveling with three kids can be a challenge, so it was great to arrive and find the place clean and perfectly ready for us. Seryn did a wonderful job staying in touch and answering our questions. And it was great to be near our favorite playground in Brooklyn.

  Comments: The place was excellent! Great location--right by Prospect Park, and the F Train to NYC. Apartment was clean, with plenty of space, good shower, and a big yard. Also the kids room was adorable--if you have kids I would especially recommend staying here. We never actually met Seryn in person, but she was very nice, communicative, and helpful--quick to respond to what few questions we had. We also went to several of the places recommended and they too were lovely. I highly recommend the pizzas at Le Paddock. Two thumbs up!!

  Comments: We had a great stay at Seryn's place. My sister was there with my nephew and found the space to be incredibly kid friendly. Seryn's place was our home base for my wedding at the Picnic House and thanks to her wonderful space and her neighbors (!!) we were able to arrange all flowers in the yard, have kids entertained at the nearby playground and park. It was such a wonderful experience! Thank you, Seryn!

Our young children also loved it and we all had plenty of room to have a nice relaxed weekend. A very fun playground was just blocks away and it was in a perfect location to all the things we planned to do around Prospect Park. We would highly recommend staying here to enjoy real Brooklyn living. It was a very relaxing place to comeback to after a day around the busy city.

  Comments: This was our first time staying in someone's home, rather than an apartment kept for rental, and though it was a little weird at first we quickly grew to love it. Seryn's home is cosy and warm, small but feels spacious because of the clever use of the layout. It was perfect for a family with small children. Its location is ideal, right by Prospect Park, as well as some great cafes and stores. The kitchen has everything you could need, and is beautiful too. We had a really nice stay here, and would recommend. The only minus was that the blinds let the light in. Seryn answered all my queries quickly and in a very friendly way. Great find, a lovely home.

  Comments: The home was well decorated and equipped for a family. We definitely felt comfortable and like we were staying at a cozy home and not a place where someone was housing their surplus furniture. There was even a piano, toys, and books for our girls (6 and 9). The location was convenient to the park/playground and cute eateries which we didn't get to all try yet. We'll most likely be back.   Comments: Seryn went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. To say she was the consummate host would be an understatement--she was communicative, kind, thoughtful, generous with our kids, inviting, funny, aware, and understanding. The location is amazing, especially for families--easy access to the train, the highway, the park, and ice cream. No trouble parking, either. The apartment was clean and very well taken care of, and there were lots of toys and stuffed animals. Our kids did not want to leave!

  Comments: We loved our stay at Seryn's place. It's a block from the subway, several restaurants and Prospect Park are a block away, yet the house feels like it's in a small town or even the countryside (chickens in the neighbor's backyard will do that). We recommend it highly.

  Comments: Seryn was a fabulous host. Her place is well-equipped, and for a family traveling with children, you cannot beat it. It was wonderful to be able to step right into an actual home, supplied with toys, beds, stroller, sandbox, and anything else a family might want. Brooklyn has always been a special place for us, but if we had chosen to stay anywhere else, it would not have been the same. After being out and about all day, it was a perfect place to decompress and let our kids recoup from the heat of the day. My husband and I had some great down time watching Netflix -- something we can never do at home -- and Seryn was completely open to sharing everything with us. She made our stay absolutely lovely -- a dream vacation. You can also not beat the location -- right next to the subway, wonderful Prospect Park, and many delicious restaurants. Thank you, Seryn!

  Comments: Superbe endroit où rester plusieurs jours! Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 adolescentes et un bambin et il y avait suffisamment de place pour tous le monde. Situé à deux pas du métro, mais prévoir 40 minutes minimum pour aller à Manhattan. La cour arrière est très intime et agréable pour prendre un repas en tout temps.

The unit is very clean, well located (near the F line) and parking is very easy to find. Seryn is a host that make sure that everything goes well. We had a problem once and Seryn responded very quickly. Ideal for a family with kids. I recommend it and would rent this unit again without hesitations.

We were visiting friends in the neighborhood and loved being within walking distance of their home, Prospect Park, and a great neighborhood coffee shop.
