Our flat is spacious, with a discrete and modern decor and a relaxed feel, located only a block away from the wonderful Paseo Gaudí and the Hospital Sant Pau. It’s the ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring Barcelona, great transport links mean you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area is bright and airy, with a large, comfy sofa, a super comfortable armchair, and flat screen TV, so sit back and make yourself at home! Wood flooring, a gorgeous balcony, large windows and an integrated dining area with a table that sit four in comfy chairs add to the room’s charm, and soft throws and pillows make modern finishing touches. Neighborhood Overview: The apartment is located in Gracia, which is a charming and elegant neighbourhood in the center of Barcelona. You will enjoy the best of catalonia’s modernism by walking through its streets, shops and cafés and get astonished by Gaudí’s most beautiful works such as Casa Milá or Casa Batlló, iconic pieces of this genius architecture. You will be only one block away from the famous Hospital Sant Pau, also a masterpiece from Gaudi, with its astonishing exposed-bricks construction and the charming Paseo Gaudí, one the most beautiful streets in Barcelona to enjoy walking, as no cars are allowed and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants offer the best of the local food throughout many terraces. Verdi street is also one of the most popular streets and is very close by, you can also make a special time to pay a visit it. You will be located in an centric well connected area, with the city’s finest restaurants.

Notes: You will be required to present your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to take pictures of ID documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!

Transit: You couldn't be at a most fine location! Sant Pau (L5 blue line) is the nearest station to the apartment, just a doorstep away. Literally, you will only need to step out the door and you will face the tube station! This connects you to the blue line, meaning you can get to iconic Barcelona sites in no time at all, such as the Basilica of Sagrada Familia (15 minutes away) or even the beach, which is only 20 minutes away. There are also plenty of buses around the apartment such as the V21, that stops just two blocks away and that will take you all over the city with the best connections. Try the paella or the super hot patatas bravas in the amazing Restaurante Azul or enjoy some spicy and exotic delicatessen at Restaurante Peruano Andino, only two blocks away down Av. Gaudí. You will enjoy this neighborhood very much, we are happy to welcome you to it!
