Lots of little artisanal shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and markets -Walking distance to amazing restaurants (Must try Milos, Mais, L'Express, St- Viateur Bagel, and Kazu), bars (Dieu du Ciel) and coffee shops. The Grocery store and convenient stores are less than 150m/yards away -Less than 16 km/10 miles from Trudeau International Airport -10 minutes to downtown

Notes: There’s a parking lot at 448 Roy E, just 10 min walking distance. There’s also metered street parking and some limited free street parking on the streets parallel to St-Laurent.
