  Comments: Marcos foi muito atencioso, desde quando saímos de nossa cidade ele nos acompanhou por MSG, nos ajudou informando a linha de ônibus e parada para chegarmos ate a casa dele gastamos apenas 3 reais da rodoviária ate sua casa... Seu apartamento e lindo muito organizado como esta nas fotos... Nos deixou muito a vontade ....adorei eles ... Recomendo muiiiiito..Obrigada....

  Comments: Marcos nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer día. Nos dejo la llave con el portero y siempre nos pudimos manejar con total libertad. El departamento es hermoso, moderno y extremadamente limpio. La ubicación es genial, a pocas cuadras de la playa, cruzando esta el metro y tiene varios locales alrededor del mismo. Marcos es una persona muy amable, nos ayudo en todas nuestras vacaciones, nos guio para que nuestras excursiones sean buenas, y nos enseñó a como manjarnos en la ciudad. Estamos conformes con la estadía que pasamos! Recomendable :)

  Comments: Staying in Marcos's apartment was just awesome! Flat has a great location, it is very clean and cozy, you could find there anything you need. Neighborhood is also full of shops bakeries, restaurants. Hosts are very good people! So friendly and helpful! We spent very pleasant days there, thank's to Marcos.

  Comments: Marcos was very helpful and concise in his communication about the neighbirhood. Access was very easy and flat was very clean and even better than what was in the pictures. The flat is well situated in a calm, nice and safe area. Copacabana Beach is 10min away from the house. restaurants and shops are all around the praça eugenio jardim where the flat is situated. the metro station is just in the front of the house and bus stations are 5 min walking. We appreciated our short stay in Marcos' flat and we definitly recommend it !! Thank you Marcos for your hospitality and the nice discussions we had.. :)

  Comments: Marcos is a fantastic host! He is a warm and welcoming person. He left a very detailed map of the area highlighting his favourite spots to grab a bite or shop. On my first day there, I was lucky that he had time to show me around the neighbourhood. The location is very convenient. The metro is just across the street from the flat building and the copacabana beach is a very short walk away. The flat is well designed, very clean and cosy. The room was spacious enough and comfortable. The guest bathroom is very clean and sufficient. Marcos even goes the extra mile to provide bathroom accessories. I had a superb stay at the Flat and in turn a lovely time in Rio. Thanks Marcos!

  Comments: Minha hospedagem no apartamento do Marcos foi bem agradável. Utilizei o apartamento basicamente para dormir nos três dias que fiquei no Rio de Janeiro, mas o apartamento é muito organizado, quarto e banheiro muito limpo. A localização também é muito bom, perto da praia e na frente de uma estação de metrô. O Marcos foi bem amigável desde o momento que fiz a reserva, sempre mandando mensagens.

(Em cada parte uma historia contada pelos objetos de decoração, que dão todo um charme a mais ao apartamento) me senti em casa, não deixa nada a desejar.   Comments: Fue una excelente decisión habernos alojado en lo de Marcos. Su departamento está muy bien ubicado, a 5 cuadras de la playa y justo enfrente del Subte, en un barrio muy lindo y de fácil acceso. Marcos es una persona super gentil, que se preocupa porque te sientas cómoda y también te da el espacio necesario para que puedas moverte libremente por su casa. Incluso hasta se encargo de pedir los taxis a la hora de nuestra partida. Previo a nuestra llegada nos envió un instructivo con información útil de Rio, un mapa con los puntos de interés cerca de su casa y otros tips de utilidad, además de responder casi instantáneamente cualquier mensaje que le enviábamos. El departamento es hermoso, muy amplio y particularmente limpio, todo brilla como si fuese nuevo. Tanto las toallas como la ropa de cama estaban en excelente estado. Sin duda recomiendo el departamento de Marcos y si volviese a Rio de Janeiro, no dudaría en alojarme de nuevo en su casa.

  Comments: Marcos was great! He was there to greet me when I first arrived and he was the most gracious! It was unfortunate that I had to leave early due to a family emergency. But Marcos and his place were great. It was walking distance to everything you would want. I really liked the park that was right in front of his house. Next time I'm in Brazil, I am staying with him. Oh, and let me not forget the doorman! He was always there ready to help with my bags and would help me get a taxi.

  Comments: The apartment was very nice and it was easy to deal with Marcos prior to our arrival. Everything was as Marcos said it would be and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, right opposite Cantagalo Metro station and walking distance to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. It is clean, excellently furnished and very well kept. We were delighted with everything.

  Comments: I had an excellent stay at Marcos's place. First, the location was perfect, situated directly off the Cantagalo metro stop. It was also a few blocks from the beach and many restaurants, cafes, and shops are all within walking distance. The entire place was very warm and inviting, as well as clean and spacious, making my experience extremely comfortable. The bedroom was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the open view and fresh air. Everything was great. Both Marcos and Neto were very friendly, attentive to all my needs, and they even helped me learn a little bit of Portuguese. Overall, my experience was superb. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was as described, the whole place was spotless and the location was great for easy access to the metro (just outside the front of the building) and Copacabana Beach.   Comments: somos una pareja de chilenos y viajamos por primera vez a Rio, la experiencia fue increíble, la ubicación del departamento es excelente, muy cerca de todo, con acceso a transporte público y metro ahí mismo, caminando a la playa de Copacabana son 5 minutos aproximadamente. Marcos es un excelente anfitrión, cuando llegamos nos estaba esperando con cotillón para asistir al carnaval, siempre tuvo muy buena disposición para responder a nuestras preguntas o ayudarnos con lo que fuera posible. El departamento es bello tal Cual se ve en las fotos. Recomendado ciento por ciento.

  Comments: We had a great experience staying in Marcos' listing. It's only a few minutes away from Copacabana beach, shops and restaurants, and it's right in front of a train station, which makes it so easy to move around. The place is very clean and very quiet at night. The room space we were given is just enough for two people and we were very comfortable. I didn't get to meet Marcos because he was away during our stay but he was very responsive to my messages. His partner was there and was also very helpful to us whenever we needed anything. Overall, a 5 star review and will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Rio again. If you're considering staying in this listing, book right away! You won't regret a thing!

  Comments: La habitación y el departamento superaron nuestras expectativas. El lugar se ve tal cual las fotos publicadas, es lindo y con onda! Muy limpio y ordenado también. Ellos valoran que se cuide este aspecto, por lo cual es importante que te guste ser prolijo para estar más cómodos. Lavamos ropa (organizarse con anticipación, para poder avisarle al host y contar con ese tiempo). Los anfitriones fueron muy atentos. Neto, pareja de Marcos, nos ofreció un paraguas para salir un día de lluvia y nos averiguó lugares para escuchar Bossa Nova en vivo, con referencias y recomendaciones. Marcos nos envió antes de llegar un mail con información detallada para moverse por el barrio (supermercados, tiendas varias, atractivos); nos sirvió mucho. Ambos son muy alegres y se portaron muy bien. Recomendable!

  Comments: Marcos' place was fantastic for exploring Rio. It is right across the street from the metro, and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, not to mention Copacabana beach! The room was comfortable, and Marcos was more than willing to help out during my stay. The room can be a bit noisy during the night, as it is on a busy street, but it ultimately wasn't a problem for sleeping. I would definitely recommend it!

  Comments: la excelente ubicación respecto a la playa, a la actividad diurna y nocturna de copacabana es muy buena. Destacamos el hecho de tener a solo 40 metros la estación del metro para movilizarse incluso de noche sin problemas. Marcos y Francisco han estado muy atentos en cuanto a sugerencias, recomendaciones, cuidados, etc. El departamento es muy comfortable, luminoso, bien equipado y agradable aunque un poco ruidoso por el transito matinal. Se puede obviar tranquilamente

  Comments: Marcos' place in Copacabana is amazing! The apartment is exactly as portrayed in the pictures, or even better. It is also extremely well located: it’s in front of the Cantagalo subway station, within walking distance from the beach, and near to amazing restaurants and coffee places in both Copacabana and Ipanema. Marcos was a great host, he’s on top of his game: he makes sure that you have no problems checking in and checking out, has fantastic advice on what to do in the city, and respects your alone time while being attentive and welcoming. I’ll definitely try to book this place again when I come back to Rio!

  Comments: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Marcos. Bâtiment sécurisé, situé dans Copacabana juste à côté de la plage et d'une station de métro. Nous avons facilement pu réserver des Uber pour nous rendre au Pain de Sucre et au Corcovado rapidement. L'appartement est très propre et Marcos un hôte très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement.

  Comments: Marcos apartment was really really great. The location in the middle of Copacabana with a subway in front of the door and the beach only 10 minutes away made us feel like real locals. The apartment itself was super clean, with great airco and a beautiful interior. Unfortunately we didn't meet Marcos but the communication with him was great. I would definitely recommend!!

The apartment is very well located, right opposite Cantagalo Metro Station and 5 min. walk from the beach straight down Rua Miguel Lemos. The room is clean, filled with natural light and with a nice view on the park and trees. A few days before my arrival, Marcos sent me tips and a list of restaurants and shops closeby, which was very useful. I strongly recommend staying at Marcos'.

  Comments: El apartamento de Marcos es muy agradable, tiene una ubicación inigualable, puedes caminar a Copacabana e Ipanema, además la estación de metro está literalmente al frente y es fácil tomar cualquier transporte. Marcos es una persona muy amable y atenta a cualquier solicitud o consejo, el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y más. Pasamos navidad en el apartamento y Marcos nos permitió preparar una cena completa además que nos obsequió una botella de champagne. Muy muy recomendado.
