Neighborhood Overview: Av de Monkland is really lively calm and safe, and it’s so popular in Montréal for its night life. There are a lot of bars and restaurants where you can eat at, you can enjoy an evening or morning walk in this energetic atmosphere. There are banks, drugstores, and grocery shops close to our place ( max 10 minuets walk)

Notes: there are 8 standard stairs at the entrance of the building.

Access: You have your own private room with a desk/table, two chairs, a bed, a couch and hangers. There is a bathroom just for you which we don’t use it. You have access to the living room, TV, Netflix, wifi, kitchen and fridge. You can cook your own meal and use the dishes. You can also use our iron and hair dryer. Interaction: All of us ( my husband, our 22 year old son, and I) love interacting with guests, listen to their stories and socializing with them, off course if they are interested. However, If you are reserved, and you don’t like talking so much we respect you. We only care about your comfort during your stay. I am at home most often, but if I’m not and you need something you can always contact my son and I by phone.

House Rules: NO SHOES in the home! Take off you shoes right after you enter the home. ——————————————————— You MUST do the dieshs if you use them. ——————————————————— this is a clean and nice place, and we like to keep it clean, so please try to keep the place nicely. ———————————————————— *** We provide you with clean slippers in the washroom, so make sure to put them on inside the washroom.
