Hundreds of on-demand movies/tv shows plus 6 HBO channels and HBO on-demand movies plus a Blu-Ray DVD player. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee maker. We included dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, knives, cutting board...etc. a full kitchen for your convenience. We also have in-suite laundry washer and dryer and a shower/bathtub combo. The bedroom features a King Bed and the Family Room has a Queen Sofabed. We have provided BBQ tools and outdoor plates and cups for you to enjoy any of the BBQ grills on the property. Neighborhood Overview: The place is 10 min walk to downtown Kihei where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, shave ice, supermarket, shopping, water sports rental and even surfing classes!

Notes: -Checking in time is after 3PM and Check out time is before 11AM We can try to accommodate an earlier check in or a later check out ONLY if there are no bookings before and/or after your booking. When there is booking before and/or after, we only have a 4 hour window to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest. The cleaning staff does not live in the building. -Please DO NOT use our white bath towels as cleaning rags. We have lost about 10 of them due to guests using our towels as rags in the past 3 months. We do not like charging our guests with anything that is damaged. So, please help us to keep the place economical for everyone. Please use the paper towels provided to clean. If need be, please use the beach towels provided.

Transit: Walking around is wonderful since you are along the ocean and near shops. You can also rent a car to drive around Maui. It is centrally located to literally everywhere! 15 to 20 min to Kahului where the big chain stores and the airport are located and 40 min to historical downtown Lahaina.

Access: You will be automatically checked in on your scheduled arrival date. We will send your digital code for accessing the unit before your arrival date. Upon arrival, you are requested to register at the front office, so that you can receive a parking pass and other welcome information (don’t worry – there are no timeshare presentations here!).

Interaction: I am available to answer any questions via text during your stay. I do not generally travel to Kihei unless need be. However, I will do my best to help if there is ever any personal emergency.
