  Comments: Overall we enjoyed the stay. Good location but while I was there many roads were still closed due to flooding. We stayed a week and asked if we could cut our stay a few days shorter because of this and the hosts were inflexible with their cancellation policy. Also, the room got very hot at night due to poor circulation making it difficult to sleep. I thought it was a good value but I probably would stay elsewhere next time.

  Comments: Mark and Maria's place is absolutely lovely. It is clean, stylish, and comfortable--not to mention close to Hanalei Bay (my favorite beach on Kauai). The reception for the TV and WiFi is good as well for those looking for a night in. You will not be disappointed if you rent this location!

  Comments: This is top notch! Bed linens, towels, bathroom, kitchen amenities, everything remodeled. It was very cozy feeling and in an absolute amazing community! We are so excited that we chose the north shore as our home and traveled from there to see the rest of the island! Stunning views, so close to Hanauma Bay our new favorite spot with fabulous coffee!! We only hope to return soon!!

  Comments: Mark & Maria’s place is beautiful and cozy! We were shocked at the nice local area it was in and how great the location was. Market for groceries and lots of restaurants and beaches close by, 20 min walk to Queen’s Bath trailhead, and close to a beautiful walking/running path. We would definitely recommend and would totally stay here again! Only cons were that it was kind of dark inside the room and parking wasn’t available our first night there, we found we had to get in a little earlier and it wasn’t a problem!

  Comments: The condo is very cute and clean. Check in was extremely easy and convenient. It got pretty warm some nights, but if there was a breeze we were fine (we are used to air conditioning now). The patio is wonderful and nice to sit out while it’s raining. To grab food or a drink is a minimum of a mile walk- but a very quick car ride. We like the location in Princeville in the north shore. Know that right now the highway is closed passed Hanalei. We still enjoyed our stay very much!

  Comments: Mark and Maria’s place was so cute and in such a great location. The studio was perfect for my husband and I. It was quiet at night and felt so “homey.” We loved sitting out on the private lanai in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

  Comments: Great spot for a relaxing stay! We really appreciated all the amenities for cooking - we were able to eat in for most meals easily because there were pans, knives, and cooktop, and other little utensils. Since the weather and hiking conditions were not what we anticipated, it was really nice to still be able to swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tub. The room was clean and classy. Overall, it was a really nice airbnb
