Neighborhood Overview: The condo is truly in the heart of Kailua-Kona and you will not need a car while getting around in town. So much to see and do, or just totally relax on the lanai- reading, playing cards, sipping cool drinks.

Notes: Two good things to know when you look at our prices: 1) The State of Hawaii requires us to charge two taxes totaling 14.42% (GET or general excise tax is 4.167%) and (TAT Transient Accommodations tax 10.25%). These taxes are included in our prices. 2) We offer 10% off when you stay a minimum of 7 days.

Transit: We don't have useful public transportation but there are taxis, uber and some trolley that can get you from place to place.

Access: Your lobby-entry key will allow you access to the pool and a bathroom off of the pool area. There is a barbecue grill close by the pool that you may use.

Interaction: I have lived in Kona since 1974 and want you to feel this is your home-away-from home. I will do everything possible to make this a positive experience for you. You may not meet me in person but you will know I have put my personal touches in the condo when you arrive.

House Rules: - After 10:00pm- Quiet hours, especially in hallways and by elevators. Minimum rental is 7 days during the first 2 weeks of October, or Oct 1-15th.
