Neighborhood Overview: The unique thing about Greenhills Beach is it’s spectacularly beautiful and convenient setting. A relaxed coastal neighbourhood surrounded by 90 hectares of national park and water but it is only a couple of minutes into the heart of bustling vibrant Cronulla. Greenhills Beach has a beautiful sea breeze, it has a boardwalk lake full of ducks and lots of walking tracks around. A 15- 20 minute walk to the viewing platform at the top of the iconic sand dunes is a must as you can view the whole of Bate Bay into Cronulla and the Sydney CBD. If you are feeling up to it, walk at the edge of the water to pristine Boat Harbour and back or along the whole length of Bate Bay (4kms) . There are so many things to see, do and experience in the local area. From The Dunes Guest Apartment: Walk into Cronulla along the Esplanade - 20 mins Swim in the Cronulla, Shelly Beach or Oak Park rock/ sea pools - 3-8 mins drive Drive and park at Boat Harbour (4WD and subject to park fees) Get a coffee at Bian

Notes: Included: Bedding, house towels (please do not take to the beach), tea, coffee, milk for hot drinks, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper and household cleaning products. Please make sure you read the house rules. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside or outside the guesthouse. We kindly ask you to treat this guest apartment the same way you would treat your own home and clean up to the best of your ability before your departure. NOTE: There is a minimum 2 night stay Please note: There is no pool, no outdoor area for kids to run around, only small outdoor seating area in laneway path at side of apartment. There is a community deck/ pond area nearby and Wanda playpark 8 minute walk away.

Access: The guesthouse apartment is self-contained and it has been described as 'like your own personal home away from home'. It is attached to the main house but we enter our premises from the other side of the block. Guests have exclusive use of a side path at the front (right side) of the property. There is street parking space directly outside the black gate in front of your access path which is always available. There are additional public street parking spaces in the street. Guests have unlimited access to Wifi and guests must agree not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities (air b n b disclaimer).

Interaction: I am around occasionally but mostly I am contactable by my mobile if you have any queries or need assistance. If I miss your call, leave a message or text me and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.

House Rules: No extra guests are permitted in or to stay in the guesthouse without prior consent, thank you. No pets inside or outside please. NO Smoking or Vaping Rule. This premises inside and out is absolutely no smoking. If this policy is not adhered to and if there is a smell of smoke in the apartment, there is a fine of up to $500. The smoke alarms will be triggered if they detect smoking inside the apartment and the homeowner will be alerted. Strict no Party or Drugs Rule - this is a beautiful, quiet part of the world, so please be respectful towards the neighbours and keep the noise to an acceptable level, especially between 10pm and 8am. So please no exceptionally loud music. If you have visitors please ensure that they observe the House Rules. Please look after the keys, replacement of keys will result in $30 from security deposit. If any of the house rules are broken as per Air b n b Policy the homeowner can cancel the booking straightaway and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
