Neighborhood Overview: North Bondi Fish (bar / restaurant) is across the road and one of the best places to watch sunset in bondi. 3 doors down is Porch n Parlour cafe - amazing food and coffee with a view of the beach. For coffee Bru and Speedos are also very good with views of bondi. Accross the road there is a public outdoor gym right on the beach accross the rd as well as a private indoor gym with views of the beach. 1min walk to north bondi barber, pharmacy, organic grocer / general store, laundromat, yoga studio and all north bondi bars and cafes. 5min walk to the famous Icebergs and all the shops and restaurants in Central and South Bondi beach.

Notes: Great water pressure in shower

Transit: 1min walk from North Bondi bus station and across the road from a bus stop. Uber X and Uber Pool are also very cheap options for getting around

Access: Entire Apartment

Interaction: I will be overseas for most of the time but will be available on messenger and email. There will be a lock box with key for self check in or a friend of mine will greet you and let you in. Let me know which you prefer and I will accommodate.
