Guests have access to all parts of the flat except other bedrooms. This depends on the gust(s). I am flexible and can get along with most people. The neighbourhood is residential, not touristic at all. There's an open market nearby on Fridays. There are restaurants, cafes and corner shops all around. The house is located 10 minutes away by walk from two metro stations and even less from the bus stop. Absolutely no smoking at home and I ask that you keep your noise levels down.
