  Comments: We had a pleasant stay in Eren’s apartment. It is very well located – really close to the metro and bus station and to the ferry (about 5 minutes from the door) – you can easily reach all the important tourist sites in just few minutes by metro or by boat. (We highly recommend you to take a boat – it takes about 20-30 minutes to Eminonu – Sultanahmet or to Karakoy – Galata – and see the city from the Bosphorus.) In the neighbourhood of the apartment you can find everything you need – shops, restaurants, bars, cafes (local Turkish and also Starbucks) and services etc. We met Eren the first day we arrived. We did not need any special help or advices, as it was not our first visit to Instanbul, but Eren was constanly within reach on the phone, willing to help or advise all the time. There is no reason not to believe him. In all cases, he responded very quickly on all our messages. We should note that people with very light sleep could be disturbed by the disco which is somewhere in the quarter, which can be heard in some days in the front room. Otherwise the apartment is very quiet. We appreciated the balcony – it is a great place to unwind after a long day or to take a breakfast. Anyway, we definitely recommend a stay at Eren’s place and we will be happy to return if we have an opportunity to do so.

  Comments: My friends and me enjoyed the stay at Eren’s place a lot. It’s a big and charming apartment on the top floor with a cool balcony. Beside the spacious living room there are two bedrooms, which makes the apartment perfect for bigger groups or two couples. In the fridge there were also fresh vegetables, eggs, coffee, tea, etc. for breakfast – thanks! Kadiköy is an interesting, lively and charming neighborhood of Istanbul (actually my favorite one). The location of the apartment is just perfect: 5 min to all kinds of transport (ferry, metro,..), next to the market/bazar, nice restaurants and bars and close to the charming neighborhood of Moda! The communication with Eren was really easy. He was very helpful and also patient with us – our ferry had a 9 hours delay and we couldn’t even inform him, as far as there was no connection on the sea. Thanks Eren for everything!

  Comments: Amazing location in the very center on Kadikoy and very close to the sea., all shops and restaurants are just downstairs, the apartment and balcony space were very satisfying and Eren and his friend who welcomed us with a big smile was something special! Only air conditioning and 5th floor stairs were a bit annoying but honestly it was a great value and a great stay despite anything else :)

  Comments: We had a great stay at this flat! It is really nice and spacious, and the balcony is super chill. We could only stay for two nights, but I wouldn't have minded staying a week! The location is really good, and there's great atmosphere all around. Others had noted the lack of airco - but even though we were there during hot August days, the height of the flat and its amazing balcony brought in a nice breeze - and the fan did the rest. Flights of stairs no issue even with my 20kg bag. Recommend this place!

  Comments: Eren è stato gentilissimo, ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli in casa (l’appartamento si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore) e ci ha mostrato in ogni dettaglio la casa. C’è una stanza con un letto da una piazza e mezza e un’altra stanza NON con un letto matrimoniale ma un materasso matrimoniale semplicemente messo a terra. Non è il massimo per la schiena se siete lì per lavoro e avete bisogno di comodità o di riposare. Ci sono almeno un paio di divani letto in soggiorno, comunque. Non esistono armadi guardaroba di alcun tipo. Abbiamo chiesto qualche gruccia per appendere almeno gli abiti alle porte, ma a quanto pare sono di difficile reperibilità. Bisogna un po’ arrangiarsi. L’appartamento, ad ogni modo, si trova in una bellissima zona di Istanbul, colorata e molto viva, troverete dove mangiare e supermercati in quantità.
