Neighborhood Overview: Coogee is a relaxed coastal suburb. It's home to a broad sandy beach and ocean pools cut into the headlands. There are laid-back pubs and bars on the beachfront, while the surrounding streets are filled with alfresco cafes and restaurants.

Notes: STAIRS: This is a 1st floor apartment with no lift. 23 Stairs. NO PARKING: This apartment does not have any parking. Most street parking in Coogee is time restricted but there is paid secure undercover parking just 100 meters from the apartment block for $18/day. It is located in the Woolworths car park which operates between the hours of 6am – midnight, 7 days a week.

Transit: TAXIS AND UBER There are also regular taxis and Uber services in front of the building. The cost of a trip to the CBD or the Airport is around $40. BUSES There is a public bus stop just around the corner on Arden St (2min walk) with very frequent services. Buses to the Sydney CBD leave almost every 15 minutes and the cost is around $4. You will need an 'Opal' public transport card which you can buy from City Mart 250 Coogee Bay Rd or EzyMart 227 Coogee Bay Rd. Access: Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to my home, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.

Interaction: You will be welcomed by one of the hosts upon arrival, given a tour of the apartment and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the apartment and Coogee area. Whilst you have complete privacy, we are available throughout your stay to help with anything extra you may need. We own and operate the surf store next to the apartment, Coogee Surf & Co.

House Rules: - *** WE HAVE AN ON-SITE MANAGER who will strictly enforce these rules & any unruly guests will be REPORTED TO POLICE & EVICTED*** - We do not accept bookings for groups under 25 years old. Families are most welcome. - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO LOUD GATHERINGS and NO NOISE AFTER 10PM. - Only guests to stay overnight. - No smoking. - If you are returning to the apartment late at night, please be mindful of the neighbours and be as quiet as possible in the foyer and stairwell. - The keys are security ones, if sets are lost the cost to replace is $150. - Please take out your rubbish and ensure that there are always liners in the bins, liners are provided. - The on-site manager and 24/7 video & audio surveillance in the external common areas will be used to evict any unruly guests.

    Comments: Leigh's place was perfect for our family of 5. A 2 min walk to the beach, 30 seconds to cafe's and 2 mins to the Supermarket. Buses to take us into the city were available at the end of the street. The place was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kids loved the Netflix and playing trivia on the (Hidden by Airbnb) smart speaker. A highly recommended place to stay.

    Comments: Honestly, you can’t pick a better location than this! It’s in the heart of coogee. A bunch of restaurants to pick from for all price ranges (a fish called coogee was our fave) and the beach is down the block, including the coastal walk to Bondi which was really nice. More important.. the hosts Leigh & Tania are super awesome! They made the check in and check out process very easy and clear and also got us in 2 hours early. The apartment is very roomy, clean and bright. We’re so happy we picked this spot for our Sydney stay. Thanks guys!!
