Neighborhood Overview: The flat is located in one of the best, safest and coolest areas of Barcelona, is call the Eixample, is a very well know area with all the best amenities of the city, very good place for going out and just 10 minutes by walk (6 Blocks) from Plaza Catalunya.

Notes: There is city tax of 1€ per person per night. This tax is excluded from the price. Right to use the washing machine is about 5€ (include detergent).

Transit: The flat is very well connected with all the bus lines and underground station (Urgell) is just 3 minutes away. Line 1 (Red). Also the Aerobus just stop two blocks away from the flat. There are also several pay parkings nearby.
