  Comments: L'appartement tout neuf, tout propre et au calme est idéalement situé. Les 2 chambres sont très confortables et ont vue sur Porto. L'équipement de la salle de bain et de la cuisine est au top. Les + sont la petite terrasse, la climatisation et la place de parking ! Bref, adresse à recommander sans hésitation. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, merci à Pedro pour son accueil !

  Comments: Self check-in/out worked perfect and provides you all flexibility. Great location at Nice area (Riverside and bridge) of the city and 20’ to airport. Communication was good. Parking place is a bit narrow but for our car no problem. Recommended.

  Comments: Ubicación inmejorable, vistas increíbles desde cualquier estancia, zona tranquila, apartamento silencioso, aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento. Cada estancia tiene su encanto y está decorado con mucho gusto y estilo. El garaje está muy bien, pero es un poco complicado maniobrar dentro. El anfitrión, muy atento tanto en la respuesta a nuestras dudas, instrucciones de llegada como en los detalles de bienvenida. Repetiremos

  Comments: Loved the apartment, as did the kids. Great location just across the river from Porto itself. Self check-in was super easy and a must as we arrived late. Great views of the river from bedroom side. Parking space was really useful for us, but make sure your car’s not too big, could be a bit tight getting in / out. Netflix Tv, good wifi and air conditioning were all definitely a plus too.

  Comments: Très belle appartement, bien entrenue et bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut comme ustensiles et appareils électroménagers . L'aspect extérieur et intérieur du bâtiment laisse à désirer, mais une fois passer la porte de l'appartement on oubli tout. Il est parfaitement decris , comme sur les photos. Pedro est très réactif, le garage est un vrai plus .

  Comments: Квартира превзошла все ожидания - отличный вид, идеальная чистота и стильный интерьер. Особое внимание к деталям - есть даже аптечка и капсулы для кофемашины. Так же есть парковка в доме, но на длинной машине проехать к месту не удалось. Но это не проблема - в 80 метрах платный паркинг за 15 евро в сутки.

  Comments: Pedro truly deserves superhost status. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. Car parking spot can be an issue for longer cars. The house was sparkling clean and well equipped. Great location with even better views. Highly recommend.

  Comments: 房子装修很好, 跟图片一模一样｡里面的配置都比较高级,整体的居住感觉都很不错｡位置也比较方便,走五分钟就是河边,对面还有一家不太贵的米其林｡房间的窗口可以看到日落很棒｡如果要挑毛病只能说车库的门太小太窄会担心进不去,然后电梯特别的旧,没有里门,会觉得不安全｡ Overall is good. The location is perfect, just takes you 5 mins to the riverside. The apartment looks new, and easy to check in and out. The garage is a little bite small, but it is not a problem. The host is nice and reply my message quickly. Thanks for hosting.

  Comments: This apartment was the best one out of the 4 we stayed in during our 9 day holiday and such a great ending to our holiday was here. Super stylish, super modern and super sweet! We enjoyed the gorgeous bedrooms with comfy beds and amazing view, the shower is incredible (you will see if you book here) the kitchen has everything needed including coffee machine, and living is perfectly furnished and comfortable with handy Smart TV. Our group of 4 had nice evenings cooking dinner and then watching some shows in the tasteful living room. The decor is just so beautiful. We hope to come back to Porto and stay in this apartment as we decided two nights wasn't enough....we could stay there for a week or even forever :)

  Comments: if you drive to this flat, you will be in trouble for sure. the gate for parking lot locates completely different way and the explanation from host is very unclear. at the same time the parking lot is very narrow and hard to get entered. but if you are not driving, it can be a good flat to enjoy the night view. also, it is well equipped but no laundry machine in the entire building. so, not recommended for long period travelers as well. if you go into bed room, you cannot use the wifi anymore since the device has very weak transmission.

  Comments: A great stylish and clean place to stay. Communication is very fast and helpful. Very close to the center. The parking space in the garage is quit small so don't come with a too big car. Porto is not a town for big cars many road and parking space are very narrow and small.

  Comments: 집 내부가 아주 깔끔하고 예뻐요. 다만, 건물 외부가 많이 낡았습니다. 엘레베이터와 집 문고리는 안전한지 걱정이 됩니다. 주요 관광지들을 가려면 동 루이스 다리를 건너 가야하는 언덕에 위치하기 때문에, 최고의 뷰를 가지고 있지만 어디든 조금 멉니다. 포르투는 가파른 언덕들이 많이 있기때문에 이 조금의 차이가 많이 아쉬울수 있습니다. 건너편에 2018 미슐랭 가이드 음식점이 있습니다. 많이 비싸지만 맛있고 친절합니다.

  Comments: Excellent apartment with excellent views of the city center. Stylish and new repair in the apartment, there are many important little things. Pedro always responds quickly, very convenient check-in, we arrived very late, the key was in the safe at the door of the house.
