  Comments: This is a well appointed, clean and stylish condo. Everything is new and fresh and it's a quiet location. We thought it was a bit closer to town where we could walk to more things, but the building and the view are great. The condo and lanai offer great privacy and you really can relax. The host provides vacation necessaries such as a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and such. There are fans in every room to keep cool and plenty of island breezes. This is a great condo and we highly recommend it. The swimmable beach is approximately 5 minutes walk down the street. In front of the condo there were lots of turtles and a tiny inlet sand area where you can sit to watch them and look at the ocean view. It's very peaceful and relaxing. You have a reserved parking space in the lot which is also a plus. This is a good place!

  Comments: Great place to stay for a couple right at the ocean with literally 20secs walk and easy access to any other place in Maui. Right in the middle of all attractions and great beaches. Viktoria was very responsive

Viktoria is very responsive and shared tips for each day while we were at Maui. One tip for improvement may be add privacy curtain in the living room overlooking lanai

  Comments: The place is very nice. It is a little further away from shopping, grocery stores and other amenities then we realized but everything is a relatively short drive away. It was really good for accessing all parts of Maui. We chose this location so that we could check out beaches in both Lahaina and Wailea and it worked very well for that. The AC unit is in the living room and it doesn't serve the back bedroom very well so it was pretty warm in there and we ended up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room, which was pretty comfortable. The host company was really great and brought us an extra fan when we requested it and was in general very responsive and helpfull.

  Comments: Viktoria’s place was just as described. A very central location and all the amenities we needed, including beach gear ( chairs, umbrella, cooler & beach towels). We visited in late September and the heat index was over 100 degrees every day. With these conditions the small AC unit in the living wasn’t strong enough to cool the bedroom & bathroom. There are plenty of fans provided, but still just a bit too warm for our comfort. Other than that inconvenience the condo was great and a good location for heading out in any direction to explore the Island.

  Comments: I stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it was perfect. The views were second to none and situated nicely near the harbor, highway and Kihei. The condo itself was very clean, up to date, fully stocked kitchen and linens. There is also a pull out bed if you want to wake up to the beautiful views as well as get the nice sea breeze if you leave the sliding door to the lanai open. Viktoria and her staff were very helpful with vast amounts of information on things to do, see and eat in Maui. They were prompt to answer any questions and made every effort to make sure the stay was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this condo!

  Comments: (Nov 2018) Excellent choice. We had time for only a short stay (three nights) on this, our first trip to Maui, so we were looking for an oceanfront place in a central location, with great views from lanai/balcony. We didn’t want to stay in an expensive resort since we intended to spend our days sightseeing around the island, not hanging out on the property. This place fit the bill perfectly. It’s a 1br/1ba unit perfect for a couple, possibly with a youngster on the couch. Spotlessly clean, not new but recently refurbished. Right on the water with a good size lanai for dining/morning coffee. Great view. Two AC units although we didn’t need to use them. Excellent host provided all the info needed plus sightseeing tips. Check-in couldn’t have been easier. The complex is equally well kept and managed. Very quiet. No complaints at all. Walk just a few blocks to the harbor for whale watching and tour cruises. Walk a few blocks in the other direction to reach Sugar Beach Bonus—-the property’s own small “pocket” beach had anywhere from 4 to 12 sea turtles hanging around within 10 yds of shore every time we looked.

  Comments: Viktoria’s condo was the perfect place for my daughter’s and my first trip to Maui. It’s a light, airy place with a killer view of the water. The swimming pool is heated (nice for our winter trip), and the other people in the condo building were friendly and welcoming - the aloha spirit! While you do need to drive a bit to get to stores, it’s in a perfect location for activities. We were able to just walk down the street for our Trilogy Molokini snorkel boat slip. And there is a lovely beach just down the street the other way that is great for sunset viewing, paddle-boarding, and snorkeling. Mahalo Viktoria, for all the information you sent us and your speedy communication - you are a fantastic host!

  Comments: A small walk to the beach but an amazing beach!!! Prepare for being in the flight path, a bummer at night because all windows had to be closed due to noise. Easy to walk to marina and a few good restaurants available. You can't see the sunset but fun to chase it around the island!

  Comments: Viktoria's place was a great base for our adventures around Maui. Everything about the condo was clean and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, oil, and basic spices. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels were a welcome perk. The view from the balcony provided great whale watching space and plenty of room to dine al fresco. We throughly enjoyed our vacation here!
