  Comments: If I could have stayed there more I would have done so. Close to HK University and the subway (and all the buses), it's near everything you need. Downtown is just a few bus stop away. My host was away in Europe but he was helpful and quick (minutes) to reply to my inquieries. The studio is modern, well thought, bed comfortable, and I love the powerful shower. 11/10 More than perfect for the discerning travelers.

  Comments: Henri's place is in an excellent location. The room itself was in immaculate condition. The bathroom looked like it was newly renovated. The communication with Henri was excellent and he even went to great detail to provide step by step instructions to find his place which made it easy to find. I would genuinely recommend this spot for anyone going to HK.

  Comments: Clean room. Comes with some tea. I tried bringing some instant ramen one day only to find theres no eating utensils so keep that in mind. Henri was very responsive through our texts. Careful with the elevator.

  Comments: If you’re looking for a local experience, Henri’s place is your choice! Although the unit is small, the room is consider very new and clean in HK. Check in was easy from the instructions and Henri make sure we are always alright during our stay there!

  Comments: Stayed here 2 nights on a short business trip and couldn’t have been happier. This studio is in an excellent location - fairly central and on a variety of public transportation lines. Henri provides a few local tips, but there’s a lot of self-guided exploring to be enjoyed just outside on the street below. The unit doesn’t have any natural light, which might be a hangup for some. But this comfortable a place in such a great location with a solid and responsive host is a good value by any definition.

  Comments: Be sure u have read very carefully about the address description and know how to open an electronic door. If u r sensitive to noise like the window air con and the banging sound from an old style elevator, better think about it. And if u like/need watching TV, think twice coz it's not available.

  Comments: This compact studio is located at a very local neighborhood with lots of food and shops to explore. Henri’s step-by-step check-in guide is essential as the complex entrances are quite confusing, even with the studio doors layout. The compact room has the essentials. Will come back if I am traveling alone again!

  Comments: 房東Henri人很好,遇定的時候因為臨時有事不能來而臨時改期,Henri很好沒有責怪也很理解｡房間有點窄,電梯是我電視上看到的非常老式的像貨梯,有點恐怖,不過算是一個體驗吧,可能是房子比較老,不過房東裝修很用心｡房間在地鐵隔壁,晚上鄰居進出比較吵,而且鄰居大力關電梯門匝的時候房間都會感覺到震動｡房東很好的準備了咖啡和茶包還有小糖果,還寫了一段歡迎來香港的小紙條,很貼心｡Check-in以後問我需不需要幫忙｡房間的窗戶不透光,天亮了都不知道,適合喜歡睡懶覺的人｡房間沒有牙刷,牙膏,拖鞋,和梳子,自己要準備好了｡

  Comments: Apartment is centrally located and connected with metro as well as by bus. Lot of nearby eateries and Cafe makes it ideal place for a traveler. Apartment is neat and clean and host is quick to respond to queries. Great place to stay in Hong Kong.

  Comments: Henri is a great host and communicated with me actively to help me check in smoothly. The apartment is conveniently located just a minute walk from the mtr station. It is perfect for a short stay. My only gripe is that there is some random noise early in the morning on both days during my stay(perhaps clearing of the rubbish). Nevertheless, neat, clean and comfortable apartment!

  Comments: His room is located in 屈地街. It is closed to the tram station. Also the bus stop to the airport. His is so confortable. Actually this is the first time for me to use the airbnb. Henri replies so quickly when I asked him. I reccomend you a lot!

  Comments: Kleines Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht inkl. Kaffee und Kühlschrank. Was fehlt, ist etwas Tageslicht und ein Schrank. Das Bad ist schick, die Dusche geräumig, die Armaturen 1A. Den Gastgeber habe ich zwar nicht getroffen, aber per (Hidden by Airbnb) war er immer erreichbar.

  Comments: Henri's place was great. It's small (as most places are in HK), but is well designed and has everything you need for your stay. It's ideal if you don't plan to spend much time in your room and just need a nice, clean place to sleep. Lots of small thoughtful touches and the amenities like shower and air conditioner worked well. The location of the flat is convenient for public transport, being close to the MTR and also the tram stop right outside the building. Communicating with Henri was excellent. Really clear instructions to find and access the apartment and he was responsive and friendly. Thanks Henri! All in all, it was another fantastic Airbnb experience.

Not only was the apartment in a great place to stay, Henri was an outstanding host being there along the way with quick responses and helpful information to better our visit. The apartment was very easy to find. Being near one of the train stops (HKU) and a Tram stop (whitty Street) it is very accessible. The apartment utilizes the given space unbelievably well. Truly a perfect place. It was an absolute pleasure. By the way it also has a neat lift to take you right to your door. Entering the building and apartment were also seamless. It is Hong Kong and the food choices are abundant. However, Henri was able to steer us towards a few local favorites. In all- great host, lovely apartment, beautiful city. Our trip was that much more pleasurable because of this stay. Cheers!

  Comments: Henri's place is very cozy and convenient. The location is very central and we were able to get to most of the places we wanted to visit within 20 minutes or less. Being in the 'hipster' part of HK, there are many hidden gems (restaurants, small boutiques, Instagram spots) within walking distance as well as in nearby Kennedy Town and Sai Ying Pun. I would suggest to avoid bringing large luggage/suitcase as that would make it difficult to move around the apartment. This place is perfect for single travellers and a tight squeeze for 2 people, but we managed okay. Would stay at Henri's place again if I come here by myself.

  Comments: 入住很方便,以前在港大读的master,对这里也算熟悉,这间房的位置绝对是相当便利｡屋子不大,但是五脏俱全,屋子很干净,而且一进屋就有哈密瓜的味道,哈哈哈｡唯一的遗憾是隔音稍微差一点,不过住一宿还好,算是性价比不错的选择了｡

  Comments: Henri was a great host! Really appreciate him checking in on me at different points during my stay to make sure things were fine, even though he was out of town. Location of the apartment was great, just a short walk from HKU MTR, surrounded by lots of food, a great base for exploring. While the apartment was small, it was also cozy & comfortable. The old school gate lift was an interesting experience that we don’t get anymore in Singapore. Walls are rather thin so you will hear noises of people moving around outside but it wasn’t really an issue for me. All in all, a great stay in HK!

  Comments: the room was small (expected, and very common in hong kong) but clean. excellent location, mtr and airport bus are within 3 minutes’ walk. i saw a review where a guest complained about the lift, i didn’t see any problem - hey it takes you from here to there, what’s the big deal of having to open the gate yourself? just a friendly reminder - open the gate as soon as it reaches your floor, or it may leave if other people pressed the button on other floors. only one minor problem - the room is right next to the lift, if someone lets go of the lift door you can hear a loud “bang” when it shuts. again - not that big a deal for me. overall we are satisfied and will consider coming back.

  Comments: Henri非常贴心,未入住之前就发来详细信息,平时有什么问题也及时回复了我的问题｡虽然发错了房源地址,但是及时更正并且诚恳道歉了,其实我自己也有很大责任,所以其他游客入住前三天一定要看入住的那个地图,一方面是防止发错地址､另一方面方便找到房子｡Henri真的是位很负责和热情的房东,很关心我们旅途是否顺利､希望我们能玩得开心,他很棒｡需要注意的是电梯有点危险,以及房间的隔音不太好,如果晚归建议有同伴出行｡不过此房源在香港的性价比很高,去香港大学只需要去到地铁的另一个出口,从房间下楼即可坐叮叮车,楼下便利店､数码店､点心店一应俱全(让我很惊喜的是有柯达冲洗店 对玩胶卷的游客很友好)｡总体非常赞!
