  Comments: Aucune communication, ni réponse aux emails avant de partir. Adresse peu précise mais surtout manque de propreté dans la chambre (sol pas nettoyé, salle de bain peu propre, porte de la salle de bain extrêmement bruyante donc réveil dans la nuit à chaque fois qu'une personne utilise les toilettes. De plus la chambre n'était pas prête. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, heureusement. Localisation pas très centrale.

  Comments: The house is beautiful but still a work in progress. We found the location great, it was very close to a bus stop and metro station so getting to the city center was easy. The host was slightly disorganized and slow with communication. He did give us suggestions of places to visit during our stay, which was great. We didn't receive breakfast at all though, which is why we chose that house to begin with. It should be advertised as self service and self catering. It is more of a hostel than a guest house. There was no toilet paper for the duration of our stay and guests need to clean up after themselves and provide whatever they would need for themselves. When Miguel finishes the decorations and final touches of the house, it should be very beautiful and exciting.

  Comments: The room was big and same as the photo. It is lovely room and beds. The location has little bit of distance to the main attraction (Bridge) and the centre but easy with metro. The check-in was bit difficult for us, but the host was helpful. Breakfast option is only for drink(Tea or Coffee).

  Comments: We stayed at Miguel's for 3 nights. Everything was wonderful. The apartment are very clean, stylish and comfortable. Here is everything you need. Even the fireplace :) And location is very good too, it's close to the metro and citycenter. Miguel gave us a map with popular places in Porto and he was very kind to help us with every question.Thank you very much. I recommend to stay here 100percent!

  Comments: Miguel est vraiment très accueillant, il a prit le temps de nous indiquer les points forts de sa ville. Il n'est cependant pas facilement joignable ce qui peut ne pas être rassurant. La chambre où nous étions est assez spacieuse ( nous étions 3 ) et bruyante (côté rue) donc pas idéale pour ceux qui veulent absolument du calme. La propreté du logement dépendra aussi des autres voyageurs et de leur bonne volonté. Le logement est également bien situé car proche d'une station de métro.

  Comments: nous ne pouvons recommander ce logement. Malgré un accueil sympathique, nous n'avons obtenu de serviettes le premier jour. Le lendemain pas de papier WC pendant la journée et pas de réserve accessible. Le ménage de la chambre et de la salle de bain est fait de manière superficielle. Les recharges de savon minimales et les portes qui grincent laisse l'impression d'une prestation au rabais. La seule fausse note de nos différents lieux d'hébergement.

  Comments: Miguel's hospitality is great. As soon as we arrived to his flat he warmly welcomed us and explain us all we could do in Porto and around. The house was very clean (washed everyday) and really charming with its old fashion style. Our room was very clean and confortable. Miguel was very concerned about the life quality in his house (several times a day he came in the house to check if everything was ok and if everybody was fine) and he was very available for the guests and always ready to help if any question or problem. His flat is 25 min by foot from the center and 5 min to the nearest subway station, called marques. This station is 2 or 3 subway stops from the center. Staying in Miguel's house is definitely a great and sure way to appreaciate a stay Porto. We highly recommend it.

  Comments: Bien situé, près du métro. Chambre spacieuse et, bien illuminé, mais bruyante (car chambre donne côte la rue et aussi par le bruit causé par les autres hôtes. On dirait qu'il ne savent pas qu'il y avait des personnes qui dormaient à 3h du matin.
