  Comments: The flat location is excellent within walking distance to everywhere. Baturalp is very polite and accommodating host and his flat is so nice. Moreover, he allowed me to drop off my luggage hours before offical checkin on the first morning. I really had no complaints and would definitely book again in the future.

  Comments: We stay in the apartment 15 minutes Only then we left and canceled the reservation also we booked tow rooms and pay extra money to the hotel it was very bad day. when I talked to the host and explain what I saw he said I don't accept it this not truth I paid 120 TL for cleaning then I preferred to stop the conversation. This photo is not reflect the truth. I booked the flat in same day To be honest communication was the only good thing in this reservation and host was flexible in check in 12:30 PM In agreed check in time I followed the location that provided by Airbnb the description was totally different so I called him and he said I will send the correct location to your (Hidden by Airbnb) . I followed the correct location and it is 8 minutes by car far from Airbnb location and 16 minutes by walking when we arrived we were not sure which door is? and it took around 5 minutes to find it ( the host called me video call to show me the building door) When I open building door there is a hole in the wall and you can see the pipes (it is not safe if have kids) And there is No Lights in corridors I used my phone flashlight to see my way The host told me that he paid 120 TL for cleaning. But it is not. Flat wasn't clean and odors odious smells in the flat. There is bad smells in bathroom Also there is no TV and I couldn't find AC remote control.( to be honest I did not ask the host where is it). In regard to sleeping, the place is not healthy to sleep everything is old and the duple bed is about tow small bed. I felt like I am in a very old aprtment not a modern as shown in pictures For me the value vs money is not worth.

  Comments: Perfect location. This place is right in the middle of Besiktas, which is a very lively neighborhood with a lot of museums and great food nearby. You can walk to Dolmabahce museum in 1 minute, which was the most magestick one we saw, you can take a boat tour of the Bosphorus from the Besiktas dock in 1 minute, which was awesome (take the hop-on-hop-off boat tour), you can take the boat or bus north to Bebek, you can take the bus or tram downtown to see all the tourist attractions. Baturalp is super friendly and has great communication. We had a blast and I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Istanbul.

  Comments: Great experience! As my first time in Istanbul I wasn't sure exactly what location to choose ''Besiktas is the answer'' If you're looking for a place that is unpretentious and reflects the essence of istanbul living, stay here. It literally is the perfect location and I don't think there is any other area we would have rather stayed in. Its in an incredible neighbourhood with amazing history, great cafes and restaurants, shops, etc, and is a short walking distance to all major points in the city.

  Comments: This flat is not suitable for families or guests seeking quiet place. It is a modest flat not luxurious. On the plus side it is close to many shops, restaurants and transportation.

  Comments: Öncelikle ev ilandaki konumda değil. Bulunduğu konum Abbasağa parkı yakınında ama ilanda tam Beşiktaş çarşıda gözüküyor. Duşakabindeki delik yüzünden duş aldığınız zaman banyo göle dönüyor. İlandaki fotoğrafta gözüken TV evde yok. Duvarlar oldukça ince, çok ses geçiriyor. Konumu için tercih edilebilir ancak birkaç günden fazla konaklamayı önermem.

  Comments: Avios this flat at all costs. The bedroom has no curtains, the boiler is installed inside the bedroom and is constantly leaking water. The bed was filthy, old and not clean. The bathroom is not functional with water leaks everywhere. The kitchen has no cooking tools, all content is plastic. No TV and the sofa is extremely uncomfortable. Stay away from this flat. Airbnb should not allow this user to advertise such a place, it is inhabitable.

  Comments: Batu is amazing host, he was always ready to help us. His place is located in really nice city area, shops, bars, restaurants, parks, grocery stores, sea, everything is so close so the price for staying is right for sure. Apartments itself are on the first floor, apartments were clean, light and cozy. We had everything what we needed. Thank you so much for amazing staying! Next time when we are in Istanbul we would love to live in same apartments:) 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Comments: FINGER WEG!! Die Wohnung ist sehr dreckig und heruntergekommen. Keinerlei sieht es aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Gastgeber hält nicht für nötig sich bei euch zu melden oder den Schlüssel persönlich abzugeben. Erspart euch den Stress mit dieser Unterkunft.

  Comments: The location of the house is very good, and the flat is quite comfortable in general. We did not have any problems with the overall cleanliness. However the house did not have some of the simple basic things like garbage bags or a hand towel for kitchen or the bathroom -(big towels were provided as promised). The water for the shower did not heat properly unless we increased the temperature from the CV-kettle (the big heater), which we had to figure out ourselves. These things did not matter too much in the end but we felt like the host could have been more thoughtful about them. The communication could have been definitely better before we checked-in. Until the last moment we (like 1 day before or so) we did not get further information on the flat. I messaged the host a few times asking questions about check-in times etc. and it was quite hard to get an answer. We did not have a problem after we checked-in.
