Neighborhood Overview: Neighbors are really quiet so please dont make noise after 11 walls are pretty good but still you are not allowed to party. One complaint from neighbors can leed to eviction and you will not be getting your refund.

Notes:

Transit: Public transit is just under the building so you can take the train to most of the place, plus taxi around the corner and a bixi bike stand is near by where you can rent a bike for few hour or a day which pretty convenient in summer.

Access: Except one closet you can use any space you want.

House Rules: If you staying for longer period cleaning the place is your responsibility and when your time to leave you can leave the the dishes. Please no shoes in the house. Its a quiet building so you can play music but not loud enough that will bother the neighbors. Keep in mind one complaint from the neighbors you have to leave the place and your payment wont be refunded. There is one mattress without the box but the mattress is comfortable, two sofas pretty old but clean.
