This is a complete private apartment located on the 2nd floor of our Duplex. The main entrance gives access to a small lobby with 2 secured doors. The left door is the apartment. There are 2 keys: one for the Main door and the second for the apartment. We provide 2 sets of keys. We live downstairs and we want you yo feel free to advise us if you need anything, or if you have any question that would ease your stay. By email, text message or simply knocking at our door.

Neighborhood Overview: Quartier paisible sur une rue paisible. A quelques pas de la rivière des Prairies ou il est possible d'aller marcher ou faire du Velo. Station de bixi a quelques pas.

Notes: A votre disposition également, un petit cabanon attenant au stationnement permettant de loger des vélos ou autre si besoin.

Transit: En plus du fait que vous pourrez stationner votre automobile gratuitement, le logement étant a une distance de marche du métro Henri Bourassa vous donnera la flexibilité requise pour aller au centre ville de Montréal en 20 minutes si vous désirez sortir sans souci de stationnement.
