  Comments: L'accueil à été excellent. La communication également très bonne malgré notre arrivée tardive. Il s'agit d'une maison entière totalement rénovée, très propre et très accessible en transport en commun, taxi ou autres. Nous avons adorés notre séjour. Il y a une terrasse privative. Le voisinage est très calme. Je vous conseil ce logement sans aucun problème. Le seul bémol serait l'insonorisation des vitres, on entends facilement la circulation extérieure mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.

  Comments: The Porto Concierge is a simple but stylish place to stay, with everything you need to get by. The beds are super comfy, and Rui was extra responsive which helped us get ourselves organised for our weekend in Porto.

  Comments: Todo igual que las fotos, super limpio y muy amable el chico que nos recibió. Está a unos 25 minutos andando del centro pero por la calle Santa Catalina se llega muy pronto,sino cerca hay una parada de metro. Pudimos aparcar justo delante de la casa que no era de pago. En las inmediaciones habia sitio también aunque alguno de pago. Como recomendación dejar algún producto más de limpieza como escoba, recogedor... Y en los aseos solo había un rollo de papel higiénico y gel muy pequeñito.

  Comments: Magnífica relación calidad precio. Las habitaciones y los baños muy bien. Aparcamiento público al lado de la casa, y el metro al centro a cinco minutos andando.

  Comments: Amazing location with easy walk to metro or around Porto! Great for large family or friend group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Rui, our concierge, met us right after leaving the airport and helped us get settled in by touring the house and then giving great recommendations as he walked us through a map of Porto. We will definitely be back here again one day!!

  Comments: Sitio amplio miy limpio y con capacidad suficiente para alojar 11 personas de forma muy comoda. En el entorno zona de supermercado, restauracion, mcdonalds, panaderia, autobus,... En distancia, en coche a unos 8 minutos de la plaza de los aliados. Muy buen emplazamiento con capacidad para muchas personas. Ojo, el precio varia en funcion del numero de huespedes. Lo gesgiona una emoresa de oporto q es referencia de muy buena calidad y swrvicios en pisos airbnb. Altamente recomendable

  Comments: Excellent service. Very clean, fit 11 people quite comfortably and had a great patio for relaxing. Rui also let us store our luggage at the welcome center when our plane arrived very early in the morning.

  Comments: Very nice house. Recommended to everyone. Nearby nice coffee restaurant with good service and English speaking owner. Light rail 10 minutes walking. Small supermarket nearby. Nice bathrooms and good beds. We enjoyed it. 6 adults.

  Comments: Hospitalité, réactivité. Nous sommes arrivés très tardivement mais aucun souci pour Rui qui et venu nous ouvrir le logement en pleine nuit. L’appartement est très propre, pas très loin de la station de métro Marques. Super Séjour. Encore merci.

  Comments: The place is neat and tidy and the host is organised, friendly and helpful. All amenities are available and I like the beds which help give us a sound sleep. Metro is not far away but we found Uber more accessible and more economical with a group of 3 or 4. The coffee shop/patry next door is fantastic for breakfast if one does not want to prepare it in the kitchen. It's a pity that we have got no time to enjoy the terrace, otherwise it would be an addition to the wonderful memories.

  Comments: Une location très bien située, pratique d’accès et agréable (l’espace extérieur est un vrai plus). La literie est confortable. Une conciergerie disponible et réactive par (Hidden by Airbnb) . Nous recommandons !

  Comments: Excellent accueil ! Le logement est confortable, agréable et plutôt bien placé malgré la proximité de la route (qui peut gêner les personnes au sommeil léger). Le seul regret est qu'il n'y ait pas de chauffage qui aurait été appréciable lors des fraîches soirées de fin octobre.

  Comments: Very kind host showing us all best places in Porto to visit, house is clean and enough space for 10 people. We had a great stay ! But it's kind of cold in the house (visited in autumn) and curtains don't block light properly.

  Comments: Estava viajando eu, minha esposa, minha filha de dois anos, meus pais de mais de 60 anos e meu sogros de mais de 60 anos. A casa é administrada por uma empresa e não pelo Rui! Achei interessante pois eles disponibilizaram alguém para nos receber, mesmo sendo as 22:00 e não cobraram nenhuma taxa por isso, além de darem suporte via Wapp até as 02:00 am. Além de sermos recebidos por uma garrafa de vinho. Eles demoram a responder às dúvidas via AirBnb e minha comunicação local foi por um número de (Hidden by Airbnb) que descobri no dia da minha chegada. No primeiro dia foi muito estressante pois estava chovendo, ventando, muito frio e quando chegamos na casa só um quarto tinha ar condicionado/aquecedor!! As roupas de cama não condiziam com a temperatura do ambiente!! Entramos em contato com a administradora e ela nos informou que só conseguia resolver no outro dia. Pedi q eles, quando fossem instalar os aquecedores, não instalassem nos quartos sem a nossa presença e deixassem na sala q instalaríamos (pois nossas coisas particulares estavam nos mesmos). No segundo dia, quando chegamos do passeio, todos estavam instalados nos quartos. No segunda dia foi colocado aquecedores nos quartos, porém, quando ligávamos a torradeira ou o microondas o disjuntor geral desarmava!! Resumindo, a casa, no inverno, não comporta 11 pessoas (como anunciado)!! Porém, problemas acontecem e a empresa responsável demorava a resolver mas resolvia!!

  Comments: Bonito, limpio, no engañan las fotos. A media hora andando hasta el centro. Si vas hasta plaza Marqués y bajas por la famosa calle de Santa Catalina. La pega es que hemos ido en noviembre y, todo que no hacía mucho frío, la casa es fría y tiene pocos calefactores. No había calefacción ni en baños ni en zonas comunes. Tampoco en dos habitaciones por lo que pasamos frío. También faltaban mantas en las camas. Pero, si solucionan el tema de la calefacción y ponen mantas, ¡es un lugar ideal para visitar Oporto! La casa es muy bonita. Recomendable por precio y por espacio.

  Comments: Rui's flat is beautiful!! Very clean and bright flat, with enought space for a lot of people. The kitchen was modern and the living area very cozy. It takes a while to walk into the city center but its within walking distance to metro stations, so that should be no problem in the end. We've had a great time!
