  Comments: This place was amazing. The location is great, the amenities are great and there is plenty to do in the area or a short drive away. There are tons of shops and eateries less than a half mile away in either direction. There are three grocery stores within a five mile radius as well as more places to eat and shop including Outback Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesday, Huli Huli Chicken & Ribs and several other chain places. You are only steps from multiple beach parks and if you are a runner or walker you can go for miles. Great unit, awesome location and I would definitely recommend it. We had four adults (two couples) and a child. The child slept on an air mattress but could have sleep on the pull out sofa. The space can comfortably accommodate six.

  Comments: When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, we found the place was not yet cleaned up and readied for us due to some miscommunications with the host and cleaners. However, as soon as we got in touch with someone the situation was promptly addressed and we later walked into a very clean and welcoming place. I didn't want to bring this up since the later results were exceptional, but I did want others to know how Kevin owned up to the issue and took care of it promptly. All was forgiven and we had the best stay EVER! The place was exceptionally clean, the amenties were A++, the location couldn't have been more perfect as we were withing walking distance of food places, shops, and the beach. Great oceanview from the lanai where every morning I enjoyed my cup of tea over the serene and beautiful view. Thank you so much Kevin for your kindness!!

  Comments: Kevin was great at getting back to us. The place is exactly as advertised. It's in a nice quiet complex near some great beaches. Check-in is easy and the view is great. The complex does have a lot of rules around noise (including at the pool) for both kids and adults so you may want to bear that in mind if you want to let everyone loose.

  Comments: This condo is spacious and offers great views. The pool is close by and the office staff are great too. We had an initial problem with some pests and some areas that weren't as clean as we had hoped, however Kevin sent a crew right away to deal with these things. Thanks for a nice stay.

  Comments: What a lovely view! The space is wonderful and tastefully decorated. The grounds of the complex are very nice. There is a cute little beach just across the street that hosts a few sea turtles every night. I highly recommend.

  Comments: Kevin's place is in an amazing location. Perfect to explore the island. The complex has two pools (we preferred the upper pool) and he provides everything needed for a fun day on the beach or pool. The interior is nice, the view from the balcony priceless. We even got to see some whales! Multiple beaches, restaurants, and shops are in walking distance- but we used our car daily to explore and drive to all the amazing sights Maui has to offer. Kevin was very quick to respond, and replaced a broken toaster right away. On a side note: We did encounter some critters in the apartment, and Kevin scheduled an exterminator to come by. Overall, I would recommend staying at his place! Aloha
