You have free access to the common areas - kitchen, toilet, living room (and the terrace prior notice). I will provide you with clean bed sheets, a selection of pillows and fresh towels. The house is equipped with iron & iron board, hairdryer, WIFI access and HIFI sound player. Neighborhood Overview: You'll be staying at the start of the Gothic Quarter, the very heart of old Barcelona and only a 3 minute walk from the center of the city, Placa Catalunya. The location could not be any better, since it's at the VERY center while still managing to avoid the noise and craziness of the neighbouring streets (being in a small side street located just before the madness starts.) Highlights include: 1. Placa Catalunya, the center of the city from which you can go anywhere in Barcelona and Catalunya. Is a 3 minute walk from my place. 2. The famous La Rambla street is around a 2 minute walk away. 3. The shopping street of Portal de L'Ángel is literally around the corner, a 15-second walk from our place. 4. The Cathedral of Santa Eulàlia, is 2 minutes away. The Picasso museum is around 8 minutes away, and Gaudi's Casa Batlló is around 7. It also takes 10 minutes to make it to the port, and a 15-20 minutes walk will see admiring the Barceloneta beach. 5. You're at the center of everything but

Transit: Located in a little pedestrian street beside PORTAL DE L'ANGEL, only 2 minutes walk to LAS RAMBLAS and the nearest metro station, 2 minutes from the Townhall, 10 min walk to the Old Harbour and 15 to the Beach. There is a Starbucks at the corner. You will LOVE the very central location close to everything, BUT in a very calm, and silent street, a peaceful spot in the heart of the city.
