  Comments: Le logement est fonctionnel et bien placé. (A 5 min a pied du tram qui va en ville). Nous avons meme souvent fait le trajet a pied pour économiser le prix des tickets de tram. Pour le retour il faut tout de meme etre marcheur car il y a des grosses cotes si on part de la baie de ribeira. Le logement est donc quand meme bien placé. Sinon l'interieur est fonctionnel et propore. La grande terrasse semi couverte sans vis a vis permet de profiter de l exterieur meme s il pleut et est un bon endroit pour manger et se retrouver pour discuter. En bref nous avons passé un tres bon séjour a porto grace a ce logement avec un bon rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande

  Comments: Julian's place was beyond my expectations! The house is huge, three rooms, really well decorated and perfectly cleaned. The place is new, with everything you need. It's comfortable, I could spend weeks there, easily! It's well-located, you can go to everywhere near Rio Douro walking - and the bus stop is really close as well. The check-in is really simple, the communication easy and my experience was amazing. I totally recommend this place!

  Comments: Es handelt sich um eine saubere Wohnung, wir hatten leider keinen Zugang zur Dachterrasse und der Nachbarshund hat uns schon sehr früh durch tägliches 30minütiges Bellen aus dem Schlaf gerissen. So hatten wir die Möglichkeit mehr vom Tag zu haben. In allem war die Kommunikation super, Lage ist auch gut, Stadt Porto mit entspannten 30minutes walks erreichbar, Platz für drei Personen mehr als ausreichend nur leider recht laut durch Hund und Bus vor der Tür und stickig, wenn man die Hintertür zum Dach wie wir nicht öffnen konnte, da versperrt.

  Comments: The only reason why we have booked the house is for the terrace! And when we arrived we found out that he has closed it! Therefore no terrace! We brought the table from the kitchen outside as it was really hot and there is not window inside! We have scratched some walls and door and he is asking for 1,300€! Ah! While we were taking shower it broke down and they have only fixed the next day... please do not book!

  Comments: We enjoyed the stay at Julian's. It is just south of the river, and very accessible. Within 10 minutes, we can be in the center of town. He calls it a modest house, and it turns out to be better than many other places.

  Comments: maison "dans son jus" excentree suffisante pour un pied à terre. La chaudière ne fonctionne pas très bien les douches sont donc peu appreciables. La terrasse est entouree de taules ce qui donne l'impression d'être enfermé. La maison en perd toute sa valeur. Neanmoins les hôtes sont extrêmement réactifs et ont tenté de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. merci à eux !

  Comments: Logement propre et pratique avec ses trois chambres. Il est assez bien situé pour visiter Porto. Le logement est équipé au minimum mais cela est suffisant si l'on passe beaucoup de temps dans Porto. Un arrêt de bus se situe juste à côté !

  Comments: Un alojamiento genial si te planteas visitar Oporto con un grupo de amigos. Muy cómodo y cerca del Puente de Luis I a partir de donde comenzar la visita. Igualmente hay una parada de bus a menos de 10 minutos que conecta con el centro. Además es una zona muy tranquila para descansar bien y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Tanto la llegada como la salida del apartamento se hacen de una manera sencilla y autónoma. Recomendable.

  Comments: Un apartamento muy limpio y con lo justo e imprescindible. Está en Vila Nova de Gaia, un poco lejos del centro de Porto, aunque se puede hacer andando. El metro está a 10 minutos de la casa (parada General Torres).

  Comments: Hôtes très réactifs. Logement placé juste à côté de Porto ce qui est un avantage pour visiter Porto et le côté Villa Nova de Gaia qui est aussi très beau! Seul bémol les équipements sont limités (ex : pas de tapis de bain...) Je recommande ce logement pour son placement, sa terrasse et ses chambres

  Comments: La casa está muy bien, cómoda y limpia. No está muy lejos del centro. Ha sido bastante fácil aparcar en la calle. La comunicación con Julián y Ana ha sido genial y rápida. Nos hemos quedado muy contentos. Muy recomendable

  Comments: We had a great time, lovely house and the rooftop is a great bonus. Extremely clean and good location to visit Porto. If you don’t mind the neighbors dog occasionally barking in the morning, then this is a great place to stay. Thanks again

  Comments: Alles top. Das Haus ist klein, sehr sauber gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuß bis zum Fluß/Porto sind nur 15 min.

  Comments: Отдельный дом на шестерых с выходом на крышу и местом для парковки. Все соответствует фотографиям и описанию! Один санузел - на шестерых немного замедляло процесс сборов, но с этим можно справиться. Расположен достаточно далеко от центра, и идти надо в горку, что по жаре тяжеловато. Но прямо у дома есть автобусная остановка - так что этот вопрос тоже можно решить. Рекомендую этот дом - за эту стоимость он очень хорош.

  Comments: Adoramos nossa estadia, quartos confortaveis e otima localizacao. Bairro super simpatico, proximo a um parque. Tem um ponto de onibus que leva direto para a parte central de porto, mas fizemos tudo a pé sem problemas.

  Comments: The house was very accurate to the photos. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The house was located outside of Porto, around 30-40 minutes walk to the main tourist attractions. The key was left in a secure place outside of the house so we were able to check in by ourselves. Overall it’s an affordable basic place in a slightly far out location. The only slight defaults were that there didn’t seem to be heating therefore the house was very cold and the neighbours dogs barked consistently throughout the day.

  Comments: A casa possui uma ótima localização, próximo a um parque e não muito longe do metro mas você consegue ir a pé ao Porto sem problemas. Ana foi super atenciosa, muito gentil e sempre respondia rápido, quando tivemos alguns problemas com o gás ela resolveu rapidamente. Quartos aconchegantes e casa simpática. A única coisa que sentimos falta foi de uma sala com sofá e televisão. O terraço poderia ser aproveitado com uma decoração melhor.

  Comments: Jolie maison atypique mais non conçue pour 6 voyageurs en période hivernale. Pas de matériel ni ustensiles de cuisine, beaucoup de problèmes avec l’eau chaude, d’odeurs de gaz, pas de lave-linge fonctionnel, pas de rangements pour le linge et pas de chauffage en nombre pour chauffer la maison.
